Missouri Democrats Introduce Legislation to Confiscate Firearms – Gives Gun Owners 90 Days to Turn in Weapons
” Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.
Dana Loesch Radio reported on the new legislation being pushed by Missouri Democrats:
Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution.”

Missouri Rep. Diane Franklin, an avid skeet shooter, is not likely to vote for HB 545 (as yet unnamed, has been read twice in the MO House) that would make law abiding Missouri citizens guilty of a Class C felony if the manufacture, sell, keep and bear arms (which shall not be infringed, so provides the 2nd amendment) longer than 90 days after passage of the bill. The list of things that would become illegal and the methods by which citizens would have to comply are ridiculous and absurd. The whole proposed legislation is unconstitutional and must be defeated. Those that proposed the legislation should be removed from service. The People can do that by burying them with email telling them off and by denigrating their actions on Facebook, Twitter and any other social media on which they have pages. Of course when you do this you will remember to say that your are expressing your opinion, right?
