Confidential, Expensive USDA Sensitivity Training: ‘The Pilgrims Were Illegal Aliens’ [VIDEOS]
” Footage of the United States Department of Agriculture’s compulsory “Cultural Sensitivity Training” program reveals USDA employees being instructed to refer to the Pilgrims as “illegal aliens” and minorities as “emerging majorities” — at “a huge expense” to taxpayers.
The video clips were made public Thursday evening by the conservative government accountability group Judicial Watch, which obtained them through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request made on May 18, 2012.
The clips star Samuel Betances — a diversity instructor with Souder, Betances and Associates — who says in the video that he got his diversity training start under former Chicago Mayor Richard Daley. In the clips, Betances instructed USDA employees on the proper thinking about diversity and minorities — or, as he called them, “emerging majorities.”

“Judicial Watch today released previously unseen USDA videos revealing a compulsory “Cultural Sensitivity Training” program requiring USDA employees to bang on tables, chanting in unison “The pilgrims were illegal aliens” while being instructed to no longer use the word “minorities,” but to replace it with “emerging majorities.” Judicial Watch received the videos pursuant to a May 18, 2012, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

The diversity event is apparently part of what USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack described in a memo sent to all agency employees as a “new era of Civil Rights” and “a broader effort towards cultural transformation at USDA.” In 2011 and 2012, the USDA paid Betances and his firm nearly $200,000 for their part in the “cultural transformation” program.”
Be proud of how your tax dollars are spent … Despicable

…And the oldest human remains in America was in Oregon. The remains were Caucasian. It means populations moved all over with migrations and the continents were closer. The current problem is the violation of the established laws of nations. I now see jobs listed online where employers prefer and are seeking persons where “English as second language” as their goal, in America. Second language to what? Gaelic? German? Italian? Click? Cherokee? Apache? Navajo? Or something else where the catchphrase indicates low pay and abusive conditions? It reveals the willingness of the US government to surrender sovereignty of the nation to a pandering liberal agenda.
I know of Hispanics lawfully in America that feel insulted that the language and other social crutches, are not only demeaning, but will hinder their future generations from being: Americans. They want to prove their worth to America. These people are not liberals and definitely are not looking to be parasitic of a system but are stereotyped. I was at a loss of words.
Why doesn’t the media and liberal politicians ever present those people that want to earn their place within the American Experience, and are insulted over the diversity and second language plus, social crutches, instead of looking at how they obeyed the rule of law, came to America lawfully, learned English, opened businesses? They feel Americans will always look down on them because of the government’s bleeding heart sobbing of how everyone should yield to something un-American. What can I say? They said it all, an said it best.
Why hasn’t the Treaty-Breaking US government given nearly as much attention to the American Indian people? Oh, everyone forgot about them.
I was born on land that I continue to believe is theirs. If I were President…
Having spent a great deal of my adult life in Fortune 100 companies, I’ve endured my share of stupid meetings like this one. And yes, I told my bosses when the meetings were stupid. And no, they didn’t like to hear it.
Now that I work for a rather small company, I have more control over my schedule and I no longer have to have my intelligence insulted by high-priced con artists like the guy in this video.
A win-win.
Thanks for the post, JG.
It’s cronyism JT . Aside from the “diversity” angle you’ll note that the speaker and his company come from Chicago and are associated with the “right honorable ” Richard Daley . Do you really think that he got the job on merit ? LOL . Our pockets are being picked to fund pocket picking . J H Chr**t
That aspect was NOT lost on me, my friend.
I used to compare the American taxpayer as a cow and the Government as the farmer. But that’s not exactly accurate.
A closer analogy would be a vampire and its prey: the vampire doesn’t care what happens to ITS victims.
No it doesn’t . And even the cow gets a little something (food ,healthcare ,housing ) for it’s trouble .
