Atty General Holder Argues Parents Have No Right to Educate their Children

” The background for this case is the German war on homeschooling that has led some families to seek political asylum in the United States where homeschooling is still legal for now.
The Romeikes’ case is now before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, with the US government seeking to revoke their asylum and force them to return to Germany. And the details of Attorney-General Holder’s arguments in the brief for Romeike v. Holder are sinister, to say the least.
According to Holder, parents have no fundamental right to home-educate their children.
“[Holder’s office] argued that there was no violation of anyone’s protected rights in a law that entirely bans homeschooling. There would only be a problem if Germany banned homeschooling for some but permitted it for others.”

…But Holder has a Right to approve gun sales to drug cartels and cop killers.
wow arroagance knows no bounds. now tell me turthfully, do you really see any reform possible in govenrment? no, man has tried to have a just/rightous gov for thousands of years and they suffere the same problem of arrogance, abuse of power and unwillingness to recognize that they are in a priveleged position not a right and are not gods with teh right to decide what rights you have or don’t have. the bible indicates parents are to bring their children up in the discipline and regulating of jehovah not delegate it to others. judges in isreal were to judge in fairness and justice and not to take bribes and to remember their creator (hence remembering they are not gods)and remembering they are in a priveleged position not a right. this one thing proves my point is they have forgotten God, but he has not forgotten them, (armegeddon ring a bell?) this is Gods war against wicked humans/demons, not man against man war.
If one doesn’t have the right to decide what is best for one’s children the we are back to serfdom . Certainly s far cry from the Founders intentions .
For the folks that want to stem the tide of illegals from entering the U.S., they are called racist. Since that is the argument for the millions of illegal immigrants of color I’d have to say Eric Holder is a super racist for putting so much effort behind deporting one measly Caucasian family that did not sneak in…..and they speak English.
