Gov. Cuomo’s Gun-Reform Bill To Have New Ammo Behind It, As Activists From Several Groups, Celebs Like Ed Norton, Russell Simmons, Forming Coalition Supporting Law
” A new coalition of activists, unions and celebrities has formed to hit back against the vocal opposition to Gov. Cuomo’s recently approved gun-reform law, sources told the Daily News.
The coalition, according to one source, will include activists from the following groups: Brady Campaign To Prevent Gun Violence; Mayors Against Illegal Guns, which Mayor Bloomberg co-founded; New Yorkers Against Gun Violence; Moms Demand Action; and the powerful health care union Local 1199 SEIU.
A series of public events are being planned across the Empire State to tout the advantages of the reform bill, which the Legislature approved last month.
Among the celebrities said to have joined the nascent effort are hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, actor Ed Norton and the Rev. Al Sharpton.
“Despite the protestations of a vocal minority, polls consistently show that New Yorkers are in favor of common-sense gun laws by a wide margin,” one source said.
A pro-gun-control event is expected to be held at the state Capitol within the next few weeks.”

What a complete band of jerkoffs! Look at the “Usual Suspects”. Reads like a Who’s Who, of liberal socialist elites.
Again, SEIU Local-1199. Their members are illegal aliens. Their family members are the ones doing many of the crimes and also they are victims because they bought into a mentality and lifestyle of being parasites on the System. Eight different names on their doorbells. They live like animals. Now openly attacking Second Amendment Rights. Then people wonder why so many Americans dislike their racial and ethnic groups. All these people are doing is putting a bullseye on themselves if something should happen and gun owners start looking for the ones creating the problems. You never know, many believe they will be turned into citizens while the reality is, they may quite possibly be turned into fertilizer. Nonsense of all the troublemakers banding together only reinforces my thoughts that the politicians are bucking for a violent revolution and I do not like it, one damned bit.
Cuomo is a pimp. He has integrity issues of extra-marital affair(s) in his past. Only the liberal bases of other crap would ever vote for him. Nanny Bloomberg’s Soda Ban, as what I am understanding, goes into effect March 12, 2013, and civil penalties begin at $200.00 for the first offense. It’s all about control, and they cannot stand it that the Second Amendment is Enshrined in the Bill of Rights. If they push the issue, there also exists possibilities that the Courts in New York may possibly roll back and void some gun laws, unless the Judges are already bought, which I truly hope not.
All the other players in that lineup with Cuomo are complete sacks of shit. Including, Obama.

Do NOT trust Cuomo, to do the right thing. Somebody has to be pulling his strings. He has to now get this SAFE 2013 crap through because at near revolution with NY Counties opposing his Fatwa, his hopes for the White House in 2016, just fizzled out. Like any Liberal, he wants everything for himself and only he, knows what is best, and only he, will interpret and decide what Rights our Bill of Rights applies to the peon serfs.
