I don’t know… A few years back, not far from here, a bank was robbed, the perpetrator ran out of the bank and a bus hit him. Usual stuff, broken bones, concussion. He was arrested, and a jury convicted him. He also sued the bus company and got something in an Out of Court Settlement.
It’s a lawyer’s world Brittius … That’s always been their goal , they’ve succeeded wildly and they are the only ones who benefit from it . The litigious society has brought us to this point in history and I have no faith that the ” law ” will get us out of it .
Bunch of this is total BS ! I live there. That bank be hard pressed to have $500.00 cash at any given time. High speed chase my a$$. The robber, shot in the face, left the bank, got in his car parked in another nearby parking lot, then drove down 169 about 8 miles, stopped at a Casey’s got gas and went inside and cleaned his wounds. Then get’s in his car and drives down 169 and just happens to run into the KC cops. Chase was high speed if you consider a riding lawn mower a “high speed vehicle”. Amazing this gun toting citizen “branch manager” shoots the guy in the “face”. My question is how many shots were fired if the robber can walk out and across the parking lot and get in a car and drive away. Where was this citizen gun slinger all this time ?
The reports claimed two shots were fired and the police refused to say who fired the shots , customer , employee , robber or both .
He had to stop for gas to make his getaway ? LOL . Then again he tried to rob a bank , not too bright in this day and age . The success rate for robbing banks is pretty low .
