Furious Over Sanctions, NKorea Vows To Nuke US
” North Korea on Thursday vowed to launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike against the United States, amplifying its threatening rhetoric hours ahead of a vote by U.N. diplomats on whether to level new sanctions against Pyongyang for its recent nuclear test.
An unidentified spokesman for Pyongyang’s Foreign Ministry said the North will exercise its right for “a preemptive nuclear attack to destroy the strongholds of the aggressors” because Washington is pushing to start a nuclear war against the North.
Although North Korea boasts of nuclear bombs and pre-emptive strikes, it is not thought to have mastered the ability to produce a warhead small enough to put on a missile capable of reaching the U.S. It is believed to have enough nuclear fuel, however, for several crude nuclear devices.”

The key to that situation is clearly, China. They now have vested interests in America, and a Loose Cannon, is “bad for business”.
So one would think , but the Chinese have tolerated a madman on their border for decades . Who knows what they might do ? They are playing the long game and have 5000 years more experience at it than does America , and let’s face it , we haven’t exactly showed up with our A team . We are currently fielding the diplomatic/governmental equivalent of the NFL replacement refs . Where’s a Reagan when you need him ?
New dynamics involved. Chinese have realized they are good at global capitalism, and with their interests (literally) in US, if that stupid kid does anything, his Chinese handlers will lose money. I believe it is a ploy for food, but if I were president, I would let him rot. He’s chirping. The Chinese, should slap him around a few times in the face and smarten him up. If Reagan were alive (God rest his soul), we would be hearing things like South Korea should be preparing to become an island. Know what I mean?
Oh for a courageous , humble and principled leader right about now .
