  A little common sense from the bench is most welcome .

” Poor Eric Holder, he cannot catch a break. His latest loss come via a Clinton-appointed federal Judge who ruled that there is nothing in federal voting laws to prevent a state from identifying voters who may not be US citizens even if its close to an election.

  The obviously racist judge said federal laws are designed to block states from removing eligible voters close to an election. He said they are not designed to block voters who should have never been allowed to cast ballots in the first place. “

  ” At a recent Obama rally in Ohio, prospective attendees were told to brandish their photo IDs if they expected admittance to the rally. No word yet on whether Attorney General Eric Holder plans to file suit against the Obama campaign for infringing upon Ohioans’ right of peaceful assembly by way of a racist photo ID rule.

Jessica Kershaw, the Obama campaign’s Ohio Press Secretary, confirmed in a statement to BuzzFeed that the campaign checked every supporter’s identification at the door. 

“We checked every ID at the door to make sure it matched with the name on the ticket that supporters filled out,” she said. “We did this for every person who came in.” “

The new phase might possibly include members of the old media asking why the Most Transparent Administration in History, isn’t. Or, it might see them going all out to defend their president.

Once again we bear witness to the ” most open , honest , transparent and ethical ” administration ever . Read the quote below and guess whose words they are .

   Give up ? It could come from any number of pols these days but it actually dates from 2007 . Now what was happening then ? Was a certain junior senator from Illinois gearing up for a presidential run ? Why yes indeed .

  So it would seem , according to legal minds better than ours that in order to invoke executive privilege Obama would have to admit that he had knowledge of ” Fast & Furious ” . We wonder what our resident “constitutional law ” president is planning . 

” This morning, the White House asserted executive privilege over documents related to Operation ‘Fast and Furious,’ perAttorney General Eric Holder’s request. Following this move,Judge Napolitano warned that we may be on the “precipice of a constitutional confrontation between the executive branch, the White House, and the Congress.”

Executive privilege, in its definition, provides protection over communications with the president himself, according to the judge. The letter sent by Eric Holder requesting executive privilege does not detail a discussion with the president, but Judge Napolitano said, “The implication is there.” “

As reported here , here , here and here this administration leaks like a sieve and continually risks the lives of assets and national security to bolster it’s re-election efforts , while all retreat to an attitude of high dudgeon that anyone could suspect them of such chicanery . LOL

  “President Obama takes umbrage at the idea that a spate of leaks of highly classified national-security information is somehow purposefully intended to bolster his leadership credentials. His resistance to an independent investigation will only make things worse for him. The Obama White House is leaking like a sieve. Trying to cover it up will only make the scandal bigger.

On Friday, Mr. Obama took the charges of selective leaks head-on: “The notion that my White House would purposely release classified national-security information is offensive,” he said. “It’s wrong, and people I think need to have a better sense of how I approach this office and how the people around me here approach this office.” His protestations carry little credibility. On the previous day, the White House rejected a bipartisan call by leaders of the House and Senate intelligence committees to appoint a special counsel to investigate the leaks.”

With the US Dept of Obama Justice on the scene to facilitate er , watch for fraud this will be close . The dead will rise undoubtedly as will bus loads of out of staters voters . Make sure your vote counts .

Yes turnout is key . And if turnout can be kept to just the residents and the living Scott Walker should do fine but with Holder’s voting team present nothing can be taken for granted , and let us not forget the union’s capacity for chicanery . Be vigilant my friends .

  “Eric Holder has been selected as Harvard Law School’s Class Day Speaker.  I don’t remember if there was a Class Day when I was there, but I would not have attended anyway for reasons already known to readers.

Holder will be greeted with posters protesting Holder’s stalling of the congressional investigation into Fast and Furious.  The protest is being run by student(s) behind a website called Harvard Law Unbound.”

  ” In a shocking development in the Operation Fast and Furious investigation, documents show Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents allowed grenade parts to walk in addition to guns.

The emails also show Obama administration officials acknowledging that they may lose track of grenades but would still be able to accomplish their original objective even if the grenades explode.

According to an internal email that was provided to Congress by the Department of Justice and first reported by CBS News’ Sharyl Attkisson — who’s been the media’s most dogged reporter in tracking down facts on Fast and Furious – ATF began watching accused smuggler Jean Baptiste Kingery’s AK-47 purchases in 2004. In the 2009 internal ATF email, Obama administration officials admitted they believed Kingery was “trafficking them into Mexico.” “

Is it too much to ask for justice at Justice ?

May Brian Terry and his family, as well as the hundreds of other victims and their families find  peace in the possibility of some measure of truth and justice being brought to light through the tireless efforts of Congressman Issa and the others on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Agent Terry has become the symbol of a government gone rogue. And he’s not the only victim of firearms involved in Operation Fast and Furious.

“This briefing paper and draft contempt report explains the case, to both Members of the Committee and the American people, for holding Attorney General Holder in contempt of Congress,” Issa said in the statement. “In describing the results of the Justice Department’s refusal to cooperate – including the hardships the family of a fallen Border Patrol agent have faced in seeking the truth, and retaliation against agents who blew the whistle on gunwalking – this briefing paper provides the facts, on which decisions will be made.”

The notion that the Federal Government stands for justice and fairness for all is absurd . Through bureaucratic appointments and administrative law the entire apparatus has been turned into our worst enemy . It is time to remind them who works for whom .

“The contempt that DOJ Civil Rights Division employees have for southerners manifests in public policy — whether skepticism toward legislative motives in enacting voter ID, or, as I
experienced firsthand, unwillingness to protect
whites in Mississippi who were the victims of racial discrimination by black officials.
   If states make the mistake of submitting election changes opposed by the NAACP, such as voter ID, to Gyamfi, these DOJ employees will hunt for evidence that racial bias motivated the change. And they will see racial bias where few do. The biases of the DOJ employees toward southerners, like the one shown in the Facebook
posting, will manifest in concrete DOJ decisions..The biases, for example, will view election
integrity measures to instead be a sinister scheme to return to Jim Crow.
   As former Democratic Congressman Artur Davis
said this past weekend at the True the Vote summit, “a driver’s license is not a billy club. A photo ID is not a fire hose.”
