Frank Ernest Shephard: Texas Man Shot And Killed By Police Officers On Live TV

” Frank Ernest Shephard, known also as “Trey,” led police officers on a high-speed chase early Wednesday morning in Houston, Texas. Once the chase ended, the officers opened fire on Shephard, and it was all caught on live television.

According to KTRK, police were attempting to pull over Shephard for what they described as “suspicious activity.” But as the officers began approaching Shephard’s vehicle for questioning, he took off, leading them on a high-speed pursuit.”

The shooting occurs at about 6:40 point in the video and note that there is an innocent driver directly behind the suspect as the cops kill the man . A still photo on the Inquisitr’s page shows at least ten bullet holes in the passenger side windows of the suspect’s car and we would like to know how many of them went through the car and struck the innocent motorist’s vehicle that was tangled in the wreckage .

Compare the angles in the video at the 6:41 mark with the damage shown in the still photo while taking into account the location of the cop with his gun drawn and it seems inconceivable that the by-standing driver was not in danger of becoming “collateral damage” . Regardless of the “threat” posed by the suspect this shooting was not “protecting and serving” anyone but the cops .

Cop Pulls Assault Rifle, Threatens Protesters For Their ‘Constitutional Bullsh**’

” A Houston, Texas cop was recently caught on video illegally detaining protesters and threatening them with his department-issued assault rifle. His reason? Protesters were spouting what he called “Constitutional bullsh**.”

The video was recorded by Open Carry Texas and uploaded to their YouTube channel after a recent peaceful assembly where they advocated for “Constitutional Carry,” which is already legal in Texas when it comes to rifles of any sort.”

Police: Man Shot During Traffic Stop In Southwest Houston

Houston Man Shot By Cops

” Two police officers opened fire on an apparently unarmed man during a traffic stop in southwest Houston Friday night, allegedly shooting him three times for not following commands.

HPD officers pulled over the car the man was a riding in for an illegal lane change around 9:30 p.m. on Buffalo Speedway near West Fuqua.

According to authorities, the male passenger — identified by family as 38-year-old Michael Paul Walker — failed to obey orders and started to reach under his car seat.

” They saw the doors open up, one of the officers gave repeated verbal commands to stay inside the vehicle, then the officer went to brace the door to keep him (the passenger) inside,” said Houston Police Department spokesman Victor Senties. “At one point he had his arm all the way under the seat, right up to the elbow, as if he was trying to grab something … The officer gave him commands to show his hands … at that point the officer was in fear of his life and that of his partner.”

The officer fired at the man. Initial reports suggest that Walker then got out of the car and was walking around the parking lot of a convenience store before he was shot again.

Walker was shot three times total — twice in the legs and once on his side, according to his mother, Laura Walker. He was taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he was said to be in serious but stable condition.

The shooting was witnessed by several party-goers from the Mystique Lounge and patrons in line at the nearby BBQ food truck.”

EJ's Place Shooting

” Two men were fatally shot by a customer after they attempted to rob a north Harris County bar early Saturday — the latest in a fury of shootings in Houston this week.

Jenny O’Donnell, owner of EJ’s Place, said four armed men came to her bar in the 16400 block of Kuykendall at Colwell, around 2:30 a.m.

O’Donnell, who was not there at the time of the incident, said a head bartender and waitress were closing up for the night when two men walked into the bar and demanded everyone get down on the floor. Two other men “lingered at the bar door,” she said.

That’s when a customer at the bar pulled his own gun and started shooting at the men, she said. The attempted robbers fired at least three rounds inside the bar, said O’Donnell.

” That man was a hero,” said O’Donnell. “We could have had some bodies.” “

Houston Authorities Searching For ‘Serial Defecator’

Houston Mad Defecator

” Deputies with the Harris County Precinct One Constable’s Office say a man has been terrorizing a neighborhood in the Woodland Heights area of Houston by going to the bathroom in several yards at night.

“ We’ve had reports from six to eight neighbors out there that someone is actually coming into their yard and defecating — generally on their driveways,” said Sgt. J.C. Mosier.

Authorities believe the unknown man is committing the act between 1:00 and 4:00 a.m., but a motive for crimes has not yet been established.

“ I think the neighbors are laughing about it, but that’s because it’s only happened to two houses in the neighborhood. If it starts happening more, I think people might become enraged,” says Amy, who lives in the Heights. “How much poop can one man make though?” “

Armed Good Samaritan Comes To The Aid Of Purse-Snatching Victim

Houston Purse Snatcher

” A mother out with her two children to go shopping became the victim of would-be purse snatchers, but a good Samaritan armed with a gun came to the rescue.

“ It happened so fast,” said Brenda Vasquez, who manages the Family Dollar store in the 3400 block of Orlando Avenue in northeast Houston. She witnessed the assault.

“ This lady opens her car door, grabs the woman’s purse and they reverse. While they’re trying to reverse, the lady is holding on to her purse still, chasing them all the way to the middle.”

That’s when a perfect stranger intervened. He happened to be in his car in the parking lot when it happened.
“And that good Samaritan came out, drew his weapon and scared them. And that’s when he pulled them out of the car.” “

Did Texas Dad Know He Was Shooting Daughter’s Guest?

” The shooting happened about 2:30 a.m. Thursday. Assistant Chief Deputy Constable Mark Herman says the 55-year-old homeowner heard noises coming from his 16-year-old daughter’s bedroom, investigated, found the boy with his daughter and shot him in the ensuing altercation. The father says he shot the boy when the teen dropped his hands as if to grab for something.

Investigators say the girl let the boy into the house and into the bedroom, but then told her father that she did not know the boy.

While the Harris County grand jury will have the final say on whether the father will face charges, prosecutor Warren Diepraam said he doesn’t expect any.

“ What they found out after the fact isn’t going to matter a whole bunch. They’re looking at what he was thinking when he made the decision to shoot,” he said.”

FBI Document—“[DELETED]” Plots To Kill Occupy Leaders “If Deemed Necessary”

FBI Occupy

” Would you be surprised to learn that this intelligence comes not from a shadowy whistle-blower but from the FBI itself – specifically, from a document obtained from Houston FBI office last December, as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the Washington, DC-based Partnership for Civil Justice Fund?

To repeat: this comes from the FBI itself. The question, then, is: What did the FBI do about it?

Remember the Occupy Movement? The peaceful crowds that camped out in the center of a number of cities in the fall of 2011, calling for some recognition by local, state and federal authorities that our democratic system was out of whack, controlled by corporate interests, and in need of immediate repair?

This story dates back a few months but if you are like us you probably never heard about it .

” That movement swept the US beginning in mid-September 2011. When, in early October, the movement came to Houston, Texas, law enforcement officials and the city’s banking and oil industry executives freaked out  perhaps even more so than they did in some other cities. The push-back took the form of violent assaults by police on Occupy activists, federal and local surveillance of people seen as organizers, infiltration by police provocateurs—and, as crazy as it sounds, some kind of plot to assassinate the “leaders” of this non-violent and leaderless movement.

But don’t take our word for it. Here’s what the document obtained from the Houston FBI, said:

An identified [DELETED] as of October planned to engage in sniper attacks against protestors (sic) in Houston, Texas if deemed necessary. An identified [DELETED] had received intelligence that indicated the protesters in New York and Seattle planned similar protests in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas. [DELETED] planned to gather intelligence against the leaders of the protest groups and obtain photographs, then formulate a plan to kill the leadership via suppressed sniper rifles. (Note: protests continued throughout the weekend with approximately 6000 persons in NYC. ‘Occupy Wall Street’ protests have spread to about half of all states in the US, over a dozen European and Asian cities, including protests in Cleveland (10/6-8/11) at Willard Park which was initially attended by hundreds of protesters.) “

” Four men have been found living in ‘deplorable’ conditions in a north Houston home, where police say they were being kept captive so a suspect could claim their welfare checks.

The men, including a military vet, were so malnourished they were almost invalids, according to police who were tipped off by a neighbor.

Three of the men were found in the garage, where they allegedly were forced to sleep on the linoleum floor, and a fourth was found in a room that had locks on the door and window. ”

Two Home Invasion Suspects Fatally Shot By Resident In North Houston, 1 Other Escapes

” A home invasion Sunday in north Houston ended with two suspects dead and another on the loose.

It happened around 4:40pm at Oak Leaf Village Apartments in the 100 block of Dyna Drive near Chipman Lane.

Lile Pena was overcome with emotion as she described the scene inside her home. Pena says she was there with her husband, four children and their uncle when it all began.

According to Houston police, three armed men broke into the apartment.

Not even his mother’s warm embrace could stop tears from rolling down seven-year-old Fernando’s face as he recalled what happened.

“I was scared because I thought my dad was going to die,” he said.

Fernando’s eyewitness account of what happened to his family has been helpful to investigators as they piece the scene together.”

Second ‘House Of Horrors’ Abortion Clinic Where Doctor ‘Twisted Heads Off Fetus’ Necks With His Bare Hands’ Is Investigated In Texas

” A second ‘house of horrors’ abortion clinic is being investigated in Texas, just days after Dr Kermit Gosnells was found guilty of murdering newborns at his Philadelphia termination center.

Dr. Douglas Karpen, seen here in court, is accused of killing babies aborted in their third trimester

Houston doctor Douglas Karpen is accused by four former employees of delivering live fetuses during third-trimester abortions and killing them by either snipping their spinal cord, stabbing a surgical instrument into their heads or ‘twisting their heads off their necks with his own bare hands’.

Other times the fetus was so big he would have to pull it out of the womb in pieces, Karpen’s ex-assistant, Deborah Edge, said in an Operation Rescue video, which has prompted a criminal investigation into the doctor.

‘Sometimes he couldn’t get the fetus out… he would yank pieces – piece by piece – when they were oversize,’ Edge explained.

‘And I’m talking about the whole floor dirty. I’m talking about me drenched in blood.’

Two of Edge’s colleagues, Gigi Aguliar, and Krystal Rodriguez, also described the hellish scenes which took place at the Aaron Women’s Clinic in Houston in 2011, and possibly two other abortion clinics run by Karpen in Texas.”

3 Men Break Into House And Put Son In His Dad’s Gun Closet

Gun_Closet

” A 3 on 1 fight is not very fair, but when those 3 are dumb as rocks and decide to lock someone in a closet, it evens the odds when that closet is the place where the dad keeps his guns.

Houston police said that today 3 men forced their way into a man’s house and put his son in a closet while they ransacked the place.

Little did the 3 criminals realize that this closet was the same place where the resident kept his guns.  When he thought the men were gone the son grabbed a gun and went downstairs where he had an encounter with one of the intruders.

The intruder was armed and the 2 exchanged gun shots.  The son was not injured but he was able to land 2 shots in the suspects leg and shoulder.”

The Firearms Statistics That Gun Control Advocates Don’t Want to See

FBI Gun Stats Show California, Washington, D.C. Rank High in Gun Murders

” To accompany TheBlaze’s coverage of the National Rifle Association’s annual meeting in Houston, we figured it could be helpful to share some gun statistics pointed out to us by some of the NRA Convention attendees. Forget the talking points used by both sides in the gun control debate; we’re going to be talking about verified statistics.

Gun control advocates be advised, these are not the statistics you are looking for.

According to data from the FBI’s uniform crime reports, California had the highest number of gun murders in 2011 with 1,220 — which makes up 68 percent of all murders in the state that year and equates to 3.25 murders per 100,000 people.

In 2011, Utah, the state that the Brady Campaign determined had the least gun control, experienced just 26 gun murders and a firearms murder rate of 0.97. Utah has a population 2.8 million.”

NRA SURGES TO RECORD 5 MILLION MEMBERS

” At the National Rifle Association’s convention in Houston, TX, NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre announced that the NRA has now grown to an unprecedented 5 million active members. He concluded his speech with the theme of all the NRA officers, vowing, “From liberty’s defense, we will never back down. We will never surrender. We will always stand. We will always fight.”

Well over 70,000 members of the NRA are assembled in Houston, Texas for its 142ndAnnual Meeting—projected to break the all-time record for the nation’s oldest and largest Constitutional rights organization. The convention houses over 300,000 square feet of exhibits (mostly firearms and accessories), seminars on various topics including women’s and children’s safety, and formal speeches from national political leaders and the NRA’s leadership. The central focus on the annual convention—as always—is protecting the Constitution’s Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

With 5 million members in its ranks and growing, that promise from the NRA’s leadership is likely to continue to be felt. Look for the NRA to engage its increased political strength in the 2014 midterm elections.”

NRA Holds Convention In Houston

” Fresh off a huge victory over President Barack Obama on gun control, the message from the National Rifle Association is clear: The fight has just begun.

The powerful gun rights lobby gathers in Houston this weekend for its annual convention and organizers anticipate a rollicking, Texas-sized party — both to celebrate the victory in Washington and recharge the troops for more political struggles as gun control advocates tally their own successes in states around the country.

“If you are an NRA member, you deserve to be proud,” Wayne LaPierre, the NRA’s brash, no-compromises chief executive wrote last week to the organization’s 5 million members, telling them they “exemplify everything that’s good and right about America.”

The NRA couldn’t have picked a friendlier place to stage its annual event. More than 70,000 people are expected to attend the three-day “Stand and Fight”-themed event, which includes a gun trade show, political rally and strategy meeting.”

Student Charged In Texas College Stabbing Attack

” A student who told police he’d fantasized for years about stabbing people to death was charged Tuesday with carrying out a building-to-building attack at a Texas community college that wounded at least 14 people, many of whom were stabbed in the face and neck, authorities said.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that 20-year-old Dylan Quick used a razor-type knife, and that he told investigators he’d been planning the attack at the suburban Houston campus for some time. Two people remained in critical condition late Tuesday.

Pieces of the blade were found in at least one victim, according to the sheriff’s office. Broken blade pieces also were found in the area where the stabbing occurred on the Lone Star Community College campus in Cypress, and the handle was discovered in a backpack that Quick was carrying when he was arrested.”

Stabbing Injures Several On Lone Star College Cy-Fair Campus

” Multiple victims have been injured in a stabbing attack on the Lone Star College Cy-Fair campus, with one person taken into custody. Authorities now believe there was only one attacker.

The violence broke out at about 11:20am at the rear of the Health Sciences Building on the Cy-Fair campus on Barker Cypress Road. The Harris County Sheriff’s Department confirms 11 victims, and one suspect in custody. There had been reports of a second suspect, but HCSO now confirms they believe the suspect acted alone and they are ending the search for any further suspects.

James, a student at the school, told Eyewitness News he helped authorities take one person into custody. He says the suspect, who appeared to be a student, may be hearing impaired, and was armed with a knife similar to an exacto knife, that may be used in animal dissections.

James says he saw the suspect, dressed in black, emerge from the building at a run, and he gave chase. When tackled, the suspect reportedly said, ‘I give up, I give up.’ James adds that he saw several people bleeding, including some victims with neck wounds. They were tended to by medical crews.”
