Revealed: Twin Sisters Lived In Fear Of Bowe Bergdahl’s ‘Stalker’ Father Who Was Caught ‘Peeping Into Their Windows While They Were In The Shower’

” The father of embattled POW Bowe Bergdahl, who landed on US soil today, waged a sinister campaign of stalking and harassment against pretty twin sisters – even stealing a gnome from their garden and peaking at them in the shower, the sisters claim in shocking police reports.

Bearded Robert ‘Bob’ Bergdahl drove by the home of Lacey and Allie Hillman ‘several times a day’ over a period of months and left ‘creepy’ notes for them, the sisters allege in police documents, obtained exclusively by MailOnline.

Once Bergdahl banged on Allie’s door and accused her of ‘two-timing’ him – despite the fact that the pair never dated or were even friends, Allie told police.”

Newly Freed Soldier’s Idaho Hometown Cancels Rally Amid Backlash

” U.S. Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl’s hometown, feeling a backlash over allegations that he was a deserter, has canceled a rally planned for later this month celebrating his release from five years of Taliban captivity, city officials said on Wednesday.

In calling off the June 28 event, the officials cited concerns that they lacked the resources to safely manage the thousands of supporters and protesters who were expected to converge on the small mountain community of 8,000 residents.

The decision came as pressure mounted to cancel the rally in the face of rising hostility, expressed in a torrent of emails and phone calls directed at city officials and businesses, over claims by Bergdahl’s onetime Army comrades that he deliberately abandoned his post in Afghanistan.”

Western Lawmakers Gather In Utah To Talk Federal Land Takeover

federal-land-map-1024x8411

” It’s time for Western states to take control of federal lands within their borders, lawmakers and county commissioners from Western states said at Utah’s Capitol on Friday.

More than 50 political leaders from nine states convened for the first time to talk about their joint goal: wresting control of oil-, timber -and mineral-rich lands away from the feds.

” It’s simply time,” said Rep. Ken Ivory, R-West Jordan, who organized the Legislative Summit on the Transfer for Public Lands along with Montana state Sen. Jennifer Fielder. “The urgency is now.” “

Federal Lands

” Utah House Speaker Becky Lockhart, R-Provo, was flanked by a dozen participants, including her counterparts from Idaho and Montana, during a press conference after the daylong closed-door summit. U.S. Sen. Mike Lee addressed the group over lunch, Ivory said. New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington also were represented.

The summit was in the works before this month’s tense standoff between Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management over cattle grazing, Lockhart said.

” What’s happened in Nevada is really just a symptom of a much larger problem,” Lockhart said.

Fielder, who described herself as “just a person who lives in the woods,” said federal land management is hamstrung by bad policies, politicized science and severe federal budget cuts.

“Those of us who live in the rural areas know how to take care of lands,” Fielder said, who lives in the northwestern Montana town of Thompson Falls.”

Family Sues After Armed Police Kick Down Wrong Door

No Knock Welfare Check Click For Video

” A Caldwell family has filed a lawsuit in federal court after armed police mistakenly kicked in their apartment door while looking for the family’s neighbor.

The incident happened last year on February 21 around 11:30 p.m. The Johnsons filed a lawsuit in federal court in November, saying they were illegally searched and their Constitutional rights were violated.

” Not acceptable. Being put in handcuffs. Kicking our door in. What’s that all about? No. Not acceptable. Not acceptable,” David Johnson said.

The Johnsons name the cities of Caldwell and Nampa, the police departments, the police chiefs and officers in the lawsuit. This month, both departments filed court papers denying accusations that the Johnsons’ rights were violated.”

Of course the Johnson’s rights were violated , only thug cops with no respect for the Constitution could believe otherwise …

” David Johnson says he, his wife, and his adult son were all asleep when the police came to their door. He says there was no knock and no identification by police.

” We had no idea. No idea what was going on. Nothing. We were sound asleep when it started,” Johnson said. “We didn’t know who it was, and as I walked up to the door, pieces of the door were hitting me.”

Johnson says he unlocked the deadbolt and came face-to-face with a large gun.

” There’s a gun pointed at me. No one said anything. Next thing I know somebody grabbed my arm, pulled me out and handcuffed me. Just like that,” Johnson said. “

Once again , thanks to the increasingly violent nature of law enforcement a family’s lives were endangered on heresay from a woman that allegedly was threatened … by a third party , no less . Listening to the audio , which is available here and here it is apparent that the cops do not know where they are going nor even what they are looking for .

This incident grew from a woman complaining that a man threatened her to , according to the cops , a “homicide in progress” .What bulls**t .

” After they brought him out, he says the police searched his home with a police canine and eventually got the neighbor they were looking for out of the next-door apartment as well. He says police told him they were looking into a “homicide in progress,” gave him a business card, and then left.”

It is a miracle that no one was killed this time around , but the prevalence of the KGB-like tactics of midnight door busting must be stopped at all costs if we are to maintain any sort of liberty in our country .

It’s bad enough that the cops screwed up but to compound the error by stonewalling and refusing to admit that they’ve made a mistake and violated the Johnson’s rights to due process only serves to highlight a law enforcement culture that has morphed into a fine example of a police state … The Stasi would be proud .

” The city says the officers had true information and with that had reason to attempt to find the potential suspect and victim by conducting “a no-knock, no-warrant welfare check“. The department says procedures and policies are proper.”

That phrase ” no-knock , no-warrant welfare check” has to be the greatest example of government double-speak since George Orwell passed .

Where is the accountability ? Since when do unsubstantiated allegations and the rumored presence of a weapon demand an immediate , poorly planned dynamic entry ? The governing principle of the jackboots today is if there is any suspicion that a resident might own a gun , rights be damned , assault the property .

That policy should strike fear into the hearts of millions and millions of Americans when one considers the fact that at least 50% of us own a gun . The next time you piss off your ex-wife or a neighbor is annoyed with your dog or how you parked your car you could be a candidate for a full blown SWAT raid if they suspect that you are a gun owner . That is chilling .

Read the whole thing and pray it doesn’t happen to you .

Idaho Latest State To Stand Against Federal Assault On Gun Rights

” Idaho may soon become the latest state to stand up to the Obama administration’s attempt to infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.

Earlier this week, the state House of Representatives approved a pro-gun-rights bill already passed by the state Senate. The measure now awaits action by Governor Butch Otter.

The published purpose of SB 1332, the Idaho Federal Firearm, Magazine and Register Ban Enforcement Act, makes clear the intent of state lawmakers:

This legislation is to protect Idaho law enforcement officers from being directed, through federal orders, laws, rules, or regulations enacted or promulgated on or after January 1, 2014, to violate their oath of office and Idaho citizens’ rights under the Idaho Constitution, Article 1, Section 11. This Constitutional provision disallows confiscation of firearms except those actually used in commission of a felony, and disallows other restrictions on a lawful citizen’s right to own firearms and ammunition.” “

Officer Shoots Dog At Boy’s Birthday Party

” A dog is dead, and its owner is alleging trigger-happy police work after a Filer officer shot the animal Saturday outside his home.

Police, however, say the dog was aggressive and had to be put down.

Rick Clubb said Monday that his son’s 9th birthday party was wrapping up about 5:30 p.m. when Officer Tarek Hassani came to his home on Jacklyne Circle on complaints of dogs running at-large.

He shot the 7-year-old black labrador, “Hooch,” Clubb said, though it showed no aggressive behavior.

Clubb said he suffers Parkinson’s disease, and Hooch was his trained service animal.”

While the dogs were acting a bit aggressively why is it necessary for law enforcement’s first inclination always be to pull a gun . The officer was answering a call about loose dogs for chrissakes , there was no need for anyone or anything to die .

Why couldn’t he get back in his patrol car and have headquarters call the owner and tell him to take them into the house ? That should have been easily doable .

Once the dogs were under control the cop could have given his warning/lecture/ticket to the owner and none would be the worse . This is purely a case of arrogance on the officer’s part and that arrogance pervades the police departments nationwide .

Unaccountable martinets is what we have allowed to be created . The neighborhood cop who was everybody’s friend and someone the kids would admire and emulate has turned into the petty tyrant with a superiority complex . God help us . War is coming .

We All Know It Could

” A FABULOUSLY INTERESTING day here in Sandpoint. Tim Farmin and I got into my rented silver-gray Chrysler and drove to Priest River, roughly 25 miles away. It is a logging town where I know some pleasant people. We were headed for the Priest River Gun Show. The drive along the Pendoreille River was inspiring, as always: immense water views, forests, sheer cliffs, meadowlands. Just a few cars on Route 200. It endlessly amazes me that there are not more sightseers along that magnificent highway.

We raced to the East, to Clark Fork, Idaho , to the Calvary Chapel. Sara Weaver, daughter of Randy Weaver and his martyred wife, Vicki, sister of her martyred brother, Sam, and mistress of the innocent dog, Striker, a woman who saw her mother’s head blown apart by an FBI sniper FOR NO REASON, 21 years ago in the nearby glade of Ruby Ridge, was giving a speech. It was very well attended in a modern Christian chapel with many crosses all around. They were spare wooden crosses in a spare dry-walled but immensely soul-supporting room.

The speech was preceded by a lengthy video narrated by William Shatner, which told the story of how the feds had entrapped an innocent man in a long siege, beginning with the killing of Vicki and Sam and Striker and the very sad death of a federal marshal named Mr. Deegan, and ending with the surrender to 400 heavily armed feds of one wounded man, Randy, one almost terminally wounded man, Kevin Harris, who had been the shooter of Mike Deegan, and two children.”

UNBRANDED — An Adventure Visits Browning

” The Ride. The Mission. The documentary UNBRANDED follows the story of Ben Masters, Thomas Glover, Jonny Fitzsimons, and Ben Thamer as they travel 3,000 miles through the deepest backcountry in the American West from the Mexican border to the Canadian border. The pack trip will take over six months through Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana in famously rugged country such as Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Mustangs, born and raised in the wild, will be taking them on their journey. This is a story of the partnership between horse and rider, a testament to the hardiness of mustangs, and a tribute to the early explorers whose spirit remains today.”

Off-Grid Community ‘The Citadel Project’ Gets Thumbs Up To Manufacture Firearms

Citadel layout concept

” A company called III Arms has just received ATF approval to manufacture firearms. Setting up a gun manufacturer is just a small part of III Arms’ plan, which is to establish a completely self-sufficient community in the mountains of Idaho.

It will be called “The Citadel” and include a walled urban center—10 feet thick by 20 feet high and four miles long—surrounded by rural plots for farming. It is, to turn a phrase, a planned prepper community.

Despite being armed and armored, the Citadel isn’t being made to defend its people from military or government action, rather, it’s intended to be a safe haven for forward-thinkers to weather a social, economic or environmental collapse. It is at the leading edge of anti-establishment living, but it “is not designed to withstand any direct .mil or .gov attack. Nor is the Citadel, in any manner, attempting to provoke any government entity,” according to the project FAQ.

III Arms began taking pre-orders for AR-15 rifles and 1911 handguns last November anticipating the FFL. Both have pre-order prices of $1,550, reflecting the difficulty of making small batches of firearms and current market trends.”

This is a giant first step towards self-sufficiency for the proposed “off-grid” community which we have posted on before .

Republican Senators Sponsor “Michigan Firearms Freedom Act”

” A bill proposed by 13 Republican senators in Michigan would seek to sidestep any new potential federal regulations regarding guns by granting an exception to any such laws for firearms made in the state itself. The bill would also exempt ammunition and gun accessories that were made in Michigan from federal regulation, according to reports by the Detroit Free Press and other media outlets on Friday.

The bill is scheduled for consideration by a state Senate committee this coming Wednesday. Some legal experts have already stated that the bill, if passed, may well be more of a “symbolic” gesture by state Republicans than a binding piece of legislation, according to the Detroit Free Press report.

According to a website that tracks copies of the “Firearms Freedom Act,” some version of the bill has already been introduced in approximately 22 states. An additional eight states have already passed their own version of the bill, including Tennessee, Montana, Idaho, South Dakota, Wyoming, Alaska, Arizona, and Utah.”

Hundreds Sign Up To Live In The Citadel – An Armed, ‘Defensible’ Fortress Community Planned For Idaho

  • Radical community will be funded in part by an arms factory
  • Walled city will boast firearms museum and defensible sections
  • Residents will live in accordance with Jefferson’s ideal of rightful liberty
  • 200 families already signed up through the group’s website
  • ‘Socialists, Liberals and Establishment Republicans’ warned to stay clear

Fortress: Plans for the Citadel, which is to be funded by an arms factory, include two perimeter walls with 18 watchtowers and further walled sections for residential areas

” Hundreds of families have signed up to join a new community dubbed the Citadel, an armed and ‘defensible’ fortress city where their freedoms and liberty will be fiercely protected.

Organisers have outlined plans for a community of 3,500 to 7,000 families of ‘patriotic’ Americans in western Idaho living and more than 200 have already signed up through their website.

The group has already purchased 20 acres in the area where they intend to build an arms factory which will be used to fund the project. “

A Small Business Party

We’ve been told the Republican Party must recalibrate all its positions following an election in which very little changed. We’ve been lectured on abortion after exit polls showed voters were motivated by the economy. We’ve watched various big-government “conservatives” crawl out from under rocks murmuring the usual incantations against the Tea Party. And we’ve endured a video of Meghan McCain saying she “hates” Karl Rove being praised as some sort of avant garde one-woman stage show.

As a friend of mine exclaimed a few days ago, “We lost one election!” It was a stinging loss at a crucial time, to be sure. But it hardly portends the extinction of conservatism.

That being said, there’s one voice in the cacophony that’s worth a listen. Rep. Raul Labrador (R-Idaho) said this on Meet the Press this past Sunday:

[W]e believe in small government, but we also believe in the individual. There are too many Republicans here in Washington, DC, and they are actually defending big business. They are defending the rich. I didn’t become a Republican to defend the rich. And– and what we need to understand is that big business loves big government, because they get all the goodies from big government. They get more– they get less competition. The more that government grows, the more that big business actually benefits from the tax code and from the regulations.

Rules for Roadkill

File this under rules for everything .  Idaho has just issued new rules for dealing with roadkill . Just when you thought there was one single thing that government had not decreed up pops yet another rule , regulation or law .

“BOISE — When it comes to road kill, new rules approved during Idaho’s recent legislative session is regulating how people handle it.
Game animals may now be salvaged, as long as they died as a result of an accidental vehicle
collision. People who want to remove a dead animal on
the road must notify the Idaho Department of Fish and Game within 24 hours. “
