” The advertisement, posted at the intersection of Community College Avenue and East 35th Street, warns that “voting fraud is a felony” in bold lettering. It also states that the penalty is punishable by up to three and a half years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The ad also shows a gavel and sound block and lists that it was paid for by a private family foundation. The billboard is operated by Clear Channel Outdoor.”
“At least two candidates who
lost primary elections Aug. 14 in
Miami-Dade County are asking for an investigation into fraudulent absentee ballots, pointing to the ongoinginvestigation of vote fraud in themayoral race as indicative of a larger trend.”
“The Social Security Administration (SSA) confirms that it is purchasing 174 thousand rounds of hollow point bullets to be delivered to
41 locations in major cities across the U.S. No one has yet said what the purpose of these purchases is, though we are led to believe that
they will be used only in an emergency to counteract and control civil unrest. Those against whom the hollow point bullets are to be used — those causing the civil unrest — must be American citizens; since the SSA has never been used overseas to help foreign countries maintain control of their citizens.
What would be the target of these 174, 000 rounds of hollow point bullets? It can’t simply be to control demonstrators or rioters. Hollow
point bullets are so lethal that the Geneva Convention does not allow their use on the battle field in time of war. Hollow point bullets don’t just stop or hurt people, they penetrate the body, spread out, fragment and cause maximum damage to the body’s organs. Death
Potentially each hollow nose bullet represents a dead American. If so, why would the U.S. government want the SSA to kill 174,000 of our citizens, even during a time of civil unrest? Or is
the purpose to kill 174,000 of the nation’s military and replace them with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) special security forces, forces loyal to the Administration, not to the
“Documents and a whistle-blower affidavit obtained by The Daily Caller charge that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Illinois Democratic Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., and Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr., participated in an unethical — and possibly illegal — effort to force 76 employees of an Illinois state agency to engage in political activity
on the taxpayers’ dime.”
” The liberal argument is quite easy to see.through. They want illegal aliens to have the power to vote, and voter ID laws will effectively
stop them in their tracks (well, most of them anyway) Conservatives know this, liberals know this, so in essence, the question really comes down to …should illegals be allowed to vote?”
” He may not want them to vote…
But they make a good photo-op.
The Obama Campaign is suingObama campaign is suing to keep military votes from counting.”
Shhh, don’t tell your employees their jobs are in danger .
” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) and other Republicans pointed to guidance
issued Monday by the Department of Labor that said it would be “INAPPROPRIATE” for defense
firms to issue layoff notices to employees before
the election due to the pending cuts.
“The president doesn’t want people reading about pink slips in the weeks before his election, so the White House is telling people to keep the effects of these cuts secret — ‘Don’t tell anybody,’ he says, ‘keep it a secret’ — until, of course, after the election,” McConnell said on the Senate floor Tuesday. ”
This is how the dems look after the working man . Don’t give them any warning that their job is on the line til after they vote .
Open and honest my ass ..
” Lockheed Martin CEO Bob Stevens pressed the issue last month when he threatened to issue
layoff notices to all 123,000 of his employees on the Friday before the election due to a provision in U.S. labor law requiring large employers to notify employees 60 days in advance of layoffs caused by a foreseeable event.
Trade groups have claimed 1 million defense jobs could be at risk from the pending cuts, which are known as sequestration and were triggered by the failure of a supercommittee of lawmakers to reach a debt deal last year. “
Our Post-Racial president and his DOJ once again exhibit that ” fabled , most honest , ethical and open” administration in the history of the Republic .
” A federal court in Washington, DC, held last week that political appointees appointed by
President Obama did interfere with the Department of Justice’s prosecution of the New Black Panther Party. ”
Read on …
” Obama’s DOJ had claimed Judicial Watch was not entitled to attorney’s fees since “none of the records produced in this litigation evidenced any
political interference whatsoever in” how the DOJ handled the New Black Panther Party case.
But United States District Court Judge Reggie Walton disagreed. Citing a “series of emails”.between Obama political appointees and career Justice lawyers, Walton writes: The documents reveal that political
appointees within DOJ were conferring about the status and resolution of the New Black Panther Party case in the
days preceding the DOJ’s dismissal of claims in that case, which would appear to contradict Assistant Attorney
General Perez’s testimony that political leadership was not involved in that decision. Surely the public has an interest in documents that cast doubt
on the accuracy of government
officials’ representations regarding the possible politicization of agency
John Hinderaker shares with those of us unfortunate enough to not be on the democrats fundraising lists , just how they are cloaking their polling woes in monetary terms .
Beggary is so unattractive .
” The Democrats couch their anxiety in terms of fundraising, but that isn’t the real problem. The real problem is what they are seeing in the polls: Romney leading in likely voter surveys; Romney more trusted than Obama on the economy and other key issues; enthusiasm higher among
Republicans than Democrats; and so on. The extent of the anxiety the Democrats are feeling comes through loud and clear in their email communications. “
Via Big Government we have this fine example of democratic civility in action.
If corporations and their stockholders are evil for contributing millions to both parties over the past decade , what does that make the union’s donations of billions in mandatory dues to one party over the same time period ?
” A report by the Wall Street Journal looks at the amount of money spent by unions on
political organizing and finds it is actually four times the amount reported in FEC filings. Since 2005, unions have spent $4.4 billion on direct donations and organizing
activities, nearly all of it on behalf of
A little common sense from the bench is most welcome .
” Poor Eric Holder, he cannot catch a break. His latest loss come via a Clinton-appointed federal Judge who ruled that there is nothing in federal voting laws to prevent a state from identifying voters who may not be US citizens even if its close to an election.
The obviously racist judge said federal laws are designed to block states from removing eligible voters close to an election. He said they are not designed to block voters who should have never been allowed to cast ballots in the first place. “
The death knell for public employee unions ?
“In retrospect, there were two conspicuous giveaways that Wisconsin Governor Scott
Walker was headed for victory in last week’s recall election.
One was that the Democrats’ campaign against him wound up focusing on just about everything but Walker’s law limiting
collective bargaining rights for government workers. Sixteen months ago, the Capitol building in Madison was besieged by rioting protesters hell-bent on blocking the
changes by any means necessary. Union members and their supporters, incandescent with rage, likened Walker to Adolf Hitler and cheered as Democratic lawmakers fled the state in a bid to force
the legislature to a standstill. Once the bill passed, unions and Democrats vowed revenge, and amassed a million signatures
on recall petitions.”
How Neal Rauhauser and his associates violated the law and Twitter’s TOS to silence conservatives.
While not directly about Brett Kimberlin , Neal Rauhauser is a known associate of his and they are also known to employ similar methods .
A link filled history of the Kimberlin affair from Stacy McCain
Be sure and read it all for a complete understanding of what is going on .
“Somewhere between the time in October 2010 he threatened to sue Patrick Frey and the decision last week to make a similar threat
toward Ali Akbar, Brett Kimberlin crossed a Rubicon of desperation and burned the bridge behind him. In the past three weeks, Kimberlin
and his allies have escalated their deceitful war against conservative bloggers to the point that it
cannot be ignored, and must now be fought to a conclusion with the entire political world watching. “
Finally , some official notice of the despicable act of SWATting . Not that I would expect Holder and his brown shirts to do anything , but the exposure is welcome .
“Today, U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., sent a letter to Attorney
General Eric Holder regarding recent reports that several conservative political
commentators have been targeted with harassing and frightening actions.
Chambliss demanded that Holder examine these cases to determine if federal laws have been violated. “
