Explosive Video:

” The president has taken credit for killing Osama bin Laden, but has only said he will hold those accountable responsible for the
terrorist attack at Benghazi . “

Nice Job,Facebook

” Over the weekend, Facebook took down a message by the Special Operations Speaks PAC (SOS) which highlighted the fact that Obama denied backup to the forces being overrun in Benghazi. “

From 100 Percent FED Up

” A group of ex-soldiers are buying TV ads attacking President Barack Obama that will run during the first showing of a pro-Obama movie created by his Hollywood backers.

The made-for-TV movie, “Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama Bin Laden,” is slated to run Nov. 4 on the National Geographic Channel. It was produced by Obama supporter and mega-donor Harvey Weinstein.

Weinstein reportedly ordered that the film be re-edited to give Obama a central role in directing the daring raid that successfully killed Osama bin Laden. Weinstein’s movie is so pro-Obama that National Geographic refused to run until Weinstein removed a scene portraying Gov. Mitt Romney as an opponent of the strike.”

One Note Charlie

“Osama bin Laden is dead, General Motors is alive,”

” On ABC’s “This Week,” former White House green jobs czar Van Jones called his old boss a “towering figure in foreign policy: You’ve got somebody with a Nobel Peace Prize and he killed bin Laden.” The administration has also leaked details of the raid and cooperated in the making of a Hollywood movie on the raid that is due later this year.

Those of us at The Washington Examiner fist-pumped like everyone else when we heard the news that the SEALs had taken out bin Laden. But is this a grand foreign policy triumph for the ages? We don’t think so, especially given recent events. And one successful assassination does not a coherent foreign policy make. “

The Looking Spoons

The view through eyes that were a part of the search for OBL . Of course only a narcissist of Obama’s caliber or one of said narcissist’s sycophants could possibly believe that Osama’s death was the result of Obama’s efforts .

” As we mark the anniversary of Osama bin Laden’s death, President Obama deserves credit for making the right choice on taking out Public
Enemy No. 1. But his administration never would have had the opportunity to do the right thing had it not been for some extraordinary work during the George W. Bush administration. Much of that work has been denigrated by Obama as unproductive and contrary to American principles. ”

God bless these men and women who defend our way of life that we may enjoy peace here at home ,

Rudyard Kipling :

“I went into a public-’ouse to get a pint o’beer,

The publican ‘e up an’ sez, “We serve no red-coats here.”

The girls be’ind the bar they laughed an’ giggled fit to die,

O makin’ mock o’ uniforms that guard you while you sleep

Is cheaper than them uniforms, an’ they’re starvation cheap;

An’ hustlin’ drunken sodgers when they’re goin’ large a bit

Is five times better business than paradin’ in full kit ”

A better man than I …

I , Me , Mine … Yada , Yada , Yada

When you’ve accomplished so little of note , you are forced to go with what you’ve got . So we have a one trick dog and pony show in Afganistan , where dear leader is showing off his national defense bona fides , meager as they are .  I may be way off base here , but does anyone know if the troops were disarmed while Wile E was incountry ? I’m going to guess that they were seeing as how that was the case when Panetta visited a month or so ago .

Given the level of animosity apparent on the part of the SEALS towards Wile E it would seem crazy to let any soldiers with weapons anywhere near him .

” What was supposed to be an easy win—a victory lap on the anniversary of Bin Laden’s death, trumping up the president’s most militant moment—appeared to be slipping away.

The frustration—or, even anger—within the SEAL community is real, and has been brewing for months, particularly among a politically conservative core of operators. It started immediately after the raid, with questions among the Special Forces and intelligence community of whether the president should have waited to announce the kill to exploit the intelligence cache at Osama’s compound. It simmered after a Chinook helicopter was shot down, killing 30 Americans, 22 of them Navy SEALs from Team Six.

Was it a coincidence, SEALs asked themselves, catastrophe hit Team Six so soon after being named as the team responsible for the killing? “

I will forever believe that the president’s grandstanding , indiscretion and ego played a direct role in the SEAL Team 6 losses .

“I say any president, Jimmy Carter, anybody, any president would have, obviously, under those circumstances, done the same thing.  And to now take credit for something that any president would do is indicative of take over campaign we’re under — we’re — we’re seeing…So all I can say is that this is going to be a very rough campaign,” McCain told Fox News in an interview set to air Monday night. “And I’ve had the great honor of serving in the company of heroes.  And, you know the thing about heroes, they don’t brag.”

John McCain

“Of course. Even Jimmy Carter would have given that order . “

Mitt Romney

I think it’s fair to say that any American would have given the order , but how many would have the chutzpah to claim credit for it as if they took some personal risk in doing so ?

Good for the SEALS . More and more people are standing up and shouting “bulls..t ” . All I can say is , ” It’s about time ” .The emperor has no clothes and it is FINALLY starting to be noticed .

I never thought I’d be linking to this site but credit where credit is due . She maintains some small measure of integrity .

” Huffington Post founder and media giant Arianna Huffington said Monday that she agreed with GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney that it was wrong to use the killing of Osama bin Laden in a campaign ad.”I don’t think there should be an ad about that.
” I think it’s one thing to celebrate the fact that they did such a great job, it’s one thing to have an NBC special from the ‘Situation Room’ …
all that to me is perfectly legitimate, but to turn it into a campaign ad is one of the most despicable things you can do,” said Huffington on “CBS This Morning.” “

“It’s pretty preposterous to suggest
that he ran an aggressive counter-
terrorism shop,” Gerecht said of
Clinton. “Far, far from it. The notion
that President Clinton was focused on the issue, was aggressive on the issue and was willing to really put his presidency on the line to go after bin Laden is absurd.”

The notion that any of the current day progressives are truely hawkish in their desire to protect the US is , to me , also preposterous . They can’t even pretend to think that this country is any better than say , Uganda , Venezuela or any other of the tin-pot dictatorships . Worshipping at the alter of moral equivilence has a price . And that price is high for us all when we elect leaders of the multi-culti set .

” Killing Bin Laden: Like so many others, the final decision to pull the trigger on the world’s most-
wanted man was delegated to an admiral who undoubtedly would have been thrown under the bus had the mission failed. ”

As seems to be the case throughout our ” dear leader’s ” career if there is a decision to be made that might entail some measure of responsibility , the fall back position is to pass the buck to a potential bus chassis accessory .
