Yazidi Teen Escapes ISIS

” The Associated Press has published an interview with an anonymous 15-year-old girl, who says she was captured and sold into slavery by Islamic State terrorists, but escaped.

The girl, who remains anonymous for her protection, is a Yazidi, a member of an ethnic and religious sect that Sunni Muslims regard as satanic. The religion itself has roots in Zoroastrianism and Christianity and has been influenced by Islam. They regard themselves as pacifists and have long striven to coexist with their Muslim and Christian neighbors.

The religious sect has counted 73 massacres in their history including the most recent one at the hands of the Islamic State. During that massacre, men and teenage boys were killed while women, some as young as 5, were taken and sold into slavery.

It was amid the violence that took place on Mount Sinjar where the victim said she was captured by Islamic State fighters. Most of her family disappeared, likely murdered. She survived with her sisters who were all taken together. The terrorists took her to a stronghold a prison in the town of Tal Afar and held. Many women she said were raped by the guards who detained them.”

Public University Forces Student To Remove Cross Necklace

A student at Sonoma State University was ordered to remove her cross necklace because a school supervisor thought other students would find it offensive. The case has been surrounded by so much controversy, that one school official even said it is an example of “political correctness [that] got out of hand.”

Student Audrey Jarvis, 19, said she was forced to seek a “religious accommodation” to be able to wear the cross. She and her lawyer have demanded an apology from Sonoma State.

Hiram Sasser, a lawyer with the Liberty Institute, is representing Jarvis. “It’s amazing in this day of diversity and tolerance on university campuses that a university official would engage in this type of obvious religious discrimination,” he said.

“It’s unfortunate there are university officials out there who think that it’s okay to tell Christians to hide their faith – but would cringe if somebody said the same thing about hiding someone’s pride in whatever political or cultural affiliation they may have,” Sasser said.”

Obama Steps Up Military Aid To Syrian Rebels

” President Barack Obama’s decision to authorize lethal aid to Syrian rebels marks a deepening of U.S. involvement in the two-year civil war. But U.S. officials are still grappling with what type and how much weaponry to send the opposition forces and how to ensure it stays out of the hands of extremists battling for control of Syria.

U.S. officials confirmed Obama’s authorization Thursday after the White House announced it had conclusive evidence that Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime used chemical weapons against opposition forces. Obama has said the use of chemical weapons would cross a “red line,” suggesting greater American intervention.

While a small percentage of the 93,000 people reportedly killed in Syria are said to have died from chemical weapons — U.S. intelligence puts the number at 100 to 150 — the White House views the deployment of the deadly agents as a flouting of international norms. Ben Rhodes, Obama’s deputy national security adviser, said the multiple chemical weapons attacks gave greater urgency to the situation.”

With this administration’s track record in backing freedom terror loving citizens in Egypt and Libya we’re sure that this newly pledged support for al-Qaeda affiliate FSA will end well .

” Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said he supported the president’s decision “to expand assistance for the vetted Syrian opposition.” But other lawmakers expressed reservations, including Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn., a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.”

The “vetted Syrian opposition” ? Who is doing the vetting ? The same people no doubt , that have vetted the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt and Obama himself . That certainly inspires faith .

Here are some reminders of the type of people our new “allies” are :

Christians are fair game to our “friends”

The execution of prisoners is another favorite pasttime of the FSA

Geneva convention ? What’s that ?

And let us not forget the FSA’s penchant for executing children , something that occurred just the other day .

By all means these animals deserve our support … Jesus H Ch**t … Only in Obama-world could these animals be considered worthy of the West’s support .

PENTAGON MAY COURT MARTIAL SOLDIERS WHO SHARE CHRISTIAN FAITH

” The Pentagon has released a statement confirming that soldiers could be prosecuted for promoting their faith: “Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense…Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis…”.

The statement, released to Fox News, follows a Breitbart News report on Obama administration Pentagon appointees meeting with anti-Christian extremist Mikey Weinstein to develop court-martial procedures to punish Christians in the military who express or share their faith.

(From our earlier report: Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and says Christians–including chaplains–sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military are guilty of “treason,” and of committing an act of “spiritual rape” as serious a crime as “sexual assault.” He also asserted that Christians sharing their faith in the military are “enemies of the Constitution.”)

So President Barack Obama’s civilian appointees who lead the Pentagon are confirming that the military will make it a crime–possibly resulting in imprisonment–for those in uniform to share their faith. This would include chaplains—military officers who are ordained clergymen of their faith (mostly Christian pastors or priests, or Jewish rabbis)–whose duty since the founding of the U.S. military under George Washington is to teach their faith and minister to the spiritual needs of troops who come to them for counsel, instruction, or comfort.”
