Josh Bernstein’s Incredible Argument For The REMOVAL Of Speaker John Boehner

” The ‘Fire-Breathing’ radio talk show host Josh Bernstein has penned the most eloquently written argument for the removal of Speaker John Boehner “as Speaker” that I have read. I don’t want to ruin your experience of reading this, so what I decided to do was simply “re-print” the article in its totality. Mr. Bernstein apparently wrote this a couple of days ago for the ‘Examiner’ as an Op-Ed.

My suggestion would be; read this, then share the heck out of it. I happen to agree with every word he has written. I believe you will also. As a side-note; Josh can be heard at this link.http://www.doublewidenetwork.com/index.php/Shows/detail/the_josh_bernstein_show . If you get time; do listen to him. He makes Rush Limbaugh sound like a wimp. Josh definitely is tough and he tells it like it is. If he ever gets tired of radio or the FCC throws him off the air, I am pretty sure he could get a job as a Marine Corps Drill Sergeant.

Once you have read the article, then please refer to this article I wrote yesterday with instructions on how to remove Speaker Boehner. This is going to take a national movement my fellow patriots. Bernstein’s article at Examiner.

JOSH BERNSTEIN’S OP-ED;

Mr. Speaker,

Here we are again. Maybe you remember me. I am Conservative Talk Show Host Josh Bernstein who over the summer due to your weakness and ineptitude instructed listeners and followers of my top rated show to send you some balls. I am sad to say that apparently you did not receive enough of them. I thought over the summer that Barack Obama was the main obstacle to getting America back on track, however I was wrong. Barack Obama is certainly a big part of the problem, but unfortunately for Republicans so are you. I and many frustrated Americans now can clearly see that not only does the President need to go but so do you as well.

Mr. Speaker, just a few short weeks ago millions of Americans rose up and voted to put the checks and balances that have sorely been missing back in Washington. They gave House Republicans a historic margin of victory in the November Mid Term Elections and elected nine new Republicans to give our party back control of the Senate. Americans we tired of the scandals, tired of the lies, and overwhelmingly repudiated the President’s policies.

Mr. Speaker, what you have done in the last few days was reprehensible and unforgivable. Your actions will have a negative effect on all Americans for years to come. Once again, The President has broken the law by passing illegal Executive Amnesty and you have done nothing to stop him. Article one, Section eight, Clause four of the United States Constitution clearly states that all matters of Naturalization are to be originated in the Congress. Barack Obama has used the Executive Branch to pass a law that illegally changes Naturalization and he did so without Congress. This is clearly an impeachable offense.

Mr. Speaker, we know that you don’t possess the testicular fortitude to impeach the President as I have made that point abundantly clear over the summer however I did not think you would stand idly by and allow the President to usurp the rule of law and incredibly not even try to stop him. You and the so-called House leadership promised to not fund the President’s Amnesty program however you broke that promise, among numerous others. You and the House leadership have the ability to block the Executive Amnesty program simply by inserting language into any bill that forbids The Department of Homeland Security from appropriating any monies or fees to be used for any type of Amnesty program. You recently made a comment that the American people do not trust the President. That may be true, however I think it is fair to say that the American people do not trust you either.

Mr. Speaker, by passing this trillion-dollar spending bill you have broken numerous promises to those voters that helped keep you in power. You have also weakened the position of the new incoming Congress by taking away some of their power, leverage, and maneuverability by funding the government till September of 2015.

Mr. Speaker, why would you squander this enormous amount of political capital? What did you have to gain by passing a trillion-dollar spending bill? Why didn’t you just do a continuing resolution to fund the government up until the new Congress takes over in January? Don’t you understand that you were elected to stop the President’s agenda not to go along with it? Your actions could also suppress future Republican turnout in 2016 as millions of voters will feel as though their vote truly does not count.

Mr. Speaker, the truth is a government shutdown would have been much less damaging than passing yet another irresponsible spending bill that future generations will have to pay for. You bought the left’s lie that a government shutdown will hurt Republicans. Well, take a good look at the results of this November’s mid-term? Do you think it really hurt us? Not only did you pass this bill but once again did so without reading it? The left must be just as shocked at your actions as most of us on the right are. I hope you are dressing up as Santa Claus at the White House Christmas Party because you have been very generous handing out tax payer funded gifts to the Democrats while stuffing Conservatives stockings with coal.

Mr. Speaker, I cannot sit back and allow you to govern this way anymore. If you fought the Democrats with the same tenacity and vigor that you fight the Conservatives in your own party, the President would not have done half the things he has done so far. The President understands that there are no consequences for his actions which is the reason he has been as brazen as he has. I do not blame the President for his actions as much as I blame you and your leadership or lack thereof, for providing the environment for which this President has been able to operate in. If you had the conviction of your character and you truly believed in the rule of law and the Constitution you would have held the President accountable a long time ago for his actions.

Mr. Speaker, I am calling on millions of fed up Americans to contact their representatives and ask them not to vote for you as Speaker and to instead remove you from leadership. My hope is that this letter goes viral and one of the 67 House Conservatives steps up and challenges you for your Speakership. I am convinced that if you are to remain the leader of the House Republicans that this historical election victory will have been wasted.

Mr. Speaker, I really wish I did not have to write this type of letter to you again but you leave me no choice. I love this country way too much and cannot watch in good conscience as you aid and abet this President in our destruction.

Respectfully,

Josh Bernstein

House Leaders Move To Avoid Immigration Showdown

” Trying to avoid a showdown over immigration, House Republican leaders are moving to make a deal with Democrats to pass a spending bill that would keep the government running past next week.

The emerging strategy follows legislation passed Thursday by the House declaring President Barack Obama’s executive actions to curb deportations of immigrants in the U.S. illegally to be “null and void.” That legislation wasn’t enough for some conservatives, who complained that the only way to stop Obama’s actions on immigration would be to forbid them in legislation that must pass if the government is to stay open.

Republican leaders are opposed to that course of action, fearing a government shutdown that they don’t want, and they plan to rely on Democratic votes to pass a bill to keep the government going.”

” House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi said Friday that Democrats were committed to keeping the government open, but she warned that Republicans could lose their support if they include too many contentious so-called policy riders in the spending bill, on issues like school lunch nutrition standards and water quality.

” We haven’t seen the bill. But there are some very destructive riders in it that would be unacceptable to us and, I think, unacceptable to the American people,” Pelosi said.

” The responsibility to keep government open is theirs. If the bill is anything that we can support, we will,” added Pelosi, who has more leverage in the negotiations because of Boehner’s likely need to rely on her to deliver Democratic votes.

The spending bill would pay for the operations of most government agencies for a year while extending the Homeland Security Department operations only for a few months. Homeland Security includes the immigration agencies that would carry out Obama’s executive actions, so the approach would allow Republicans to revisit them early next year, once they have control of the Senate and a bigger majority in the House.

” We think this is the most practical way to fight the president’s action,” House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said.”

What a cowardly bunch of ***holes the House GOP leadership is , read the whole sickening thing .

It’s Time For Real Leadership

Fire Boehner

” Are you sick and tired of Washington spending trillions of dollars we can’t afford? While Democrats are the driving force behind running up our national debt, growing the size of the federal government and wasting our money, all too often Republicans, led by Speaker John Boehner, are happy to go along for the ride. Under Speaker Boehner, the House has repeatedly voted to increase the debt ceiling – pushing us deeper into debt than ever before, voted to fund Obamacare – a disaster which continues to get worse, and just agreed to a 1500+ page bill (most didn’t read) that will cost $1.012 trillion in new federal spending for 2014. The American people are desperate for principled leadership in Washington, not “go-along-to-get-along” capitulation. Sign the petition now! Then contact your Representative and tell them you are ready for real leadership. Tell them to fire the Speaker! “

How Congress, Wall Street And The Media Traded America’s Future For The Next Short Term Fix

” If someone had woken you from a dead sleep 20 years ago and asked what the Republican Party stood for, you would’ve had no trouble answering: Fiscal restraint, a strong national defense and lower taxes. Those were the three pillars of the GOP. The party’s brand was clear. Voters understood it, and many approved. In the days before Obama, Republicans won seven out of ten presidential elections.

Things have changed for the muddier. Scratch the surface and you’ll find there is no longer a consensus among Republicans on foreign policy. Fiscal restraint? Years of earmarks, record deficits and at least one new federal entitlement under Republican congresses make that idea a bitter joke.

Of the three principles that have united the party since Reagan, only taxes remain. Republicans have been able to claim — sincerely, and with continuing success at the ballot box — that they are for lower taxes.

Until Tuesday.

Here’s what happened: For reasons that aren’t entirely clear but are probably related to panic and a basic lack of principle, the Speaker of the House and other Republicans in Congress signed on to Democratic calls for “balance” between tax hikes and spending cuts — this despite the overwhelming evidence that spending is the real problem. ”

So, even before the negotiation began, they abandoned decades of principle on taxes. The result: Two months later, we have a deal, but no balance. It’s all tax hikes. Zero spending cuts. Nice job.
