Here Are All 400 Pages Of The FCC’s Net Neutrality Rules

” The Federal Communications Commission has finally published its full net neutrality rules on its Web site. And they’re not for the faint of heart. Together with the dissents from the agency’s Republican commissioners, the document adds up to 400 pages.

The release of the rules comes two weeks after the FCC voted to approve them in a historic, polarized vote at the commission. Now begins the next chapter in the story. Expect Internet providers to comb through the publication, probing the rules for legal weaknesses they can take to court.”

The above Washington Post article is surprisingly short on details but the Daily Caller is more forthcoming on which group was cited dozens of times :

” New internet regulations finally released by the Federal Communications Commission make 46 references to a group funded by billionaire George Soros and co-founded by a neo-Marxist.

The FCC received more than 4 million public comments as it was weighing the net neutrality initiative, but Free Press and other activist groups have received the most attention by pressuring the FCC and the White House on behalf of their cause.

One argument made against the FCC’s regulatory push is that the general public is largely happy with its internet service. Support for net neutrality was seen as the domain of special interest groups like Free Press.

The activist group has big money behinds its effort. It has received $2.2 million in donations from progressive billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundations and $3.9 million from the Ford Foundation.”

If you only have time to read one article then choose the Caller’s as you will learn a lot more than you will from the Post .

Soros, Steyer Spend Big In Bid To Rescue Democrats’ Majority

” Super PACs spent July beefing up for the fall campaign. Many groups filed new disclosure reports this week, leaving a paper trail littered with big checks from big names.

Democrats dominate the list of notable July donors, as there have simply been more Democratic dollars flowing to that type of outside group this year. There’s still plenty of conservative money out there; it’s just that more of it is going toward nonprofits, which don’t have to disclose their donors. Here are a handful of July super PAC donations that stood out.

STEYER: Climate-change activist Tom Steyer gave the biggest super PAC donation in this month’s reports: $7.5 million to his own group, NextGen Climate. Steyer, who made his fortune as a successful hedge-fund manager, also spread some of that money around. NextGen gave a half-million dollars to Senate Majority PAC, the biggest Senate Democratic super PAC, and $150,000 to the League of Conservation Voters Victory Fund, another environmental group.

BLOOMBERG: Michael Bloomberg is staying plenty active in his post-mayoral days. Aside from funding his gun-control-focused super PAC, Bloomberg has written checks to Senate Majority PAC and super PACs that backed GOP Sens. Thad Cochran and Lindsey Graham during their primary battles. Most recently, the former New York City mayor donated $2 million to Women Vote!—the largest contribution the EMILY’s List super PAC has ever received. Only Steyer has given more money to super PACs this election season.

SOROS: Democratic financier George Soros’s checkbook has been active this summer: The prolific donor gave $500,000 apiece to House Majority PAC and the League of Conservation Voters Victory Fund. But that million dollars wasn’t his family’s only big outlay so far this summer. Soros’s daughter, Andrea Soros Colombel, gave $250,000 to Planned Parenthood Votes.

SINGER: Hedge-fund manager Paul Singer is the top super PAC donor on the Republican side so far this election cycle, and he kept the money flowing last month. The Elliott Management founder dished out $750,000 to the conservative super PAC Ending Spending Action Fund, which has spent a total of nearly $4.5 million in five different races in 2014. Singer also gave $100,000 to the GOP’s best-known spending juggernaut, American Crossroads. Singer has now contributed a total of $1.4 million to Ending Spending and $1.35 million to Crossroads this cycle.

MOSTYN: Amber Mostyn is half of Texas’s biggest Democratic power couple. The Houston lawyer and her husband Steve were among Democrats’ biggest super PAC donors in 2012, when the The New York Times Magazine used the story of the Mostyns’ $1 million gift to Priorities USA Action to explain the role and rise of the pro-Obama super PAC. In July, Amber Mostyn gave $250,000 to the Planned Parenthood super PAC, matching the quarter-million she gave the committee in 2013.

BERGMAN: After giving $1 million to American Crossroads in 2012, Jay Bergman, the owner of Illinois-based Petco Petroleum, remained relatively quiet on the outside-money front. But In July, he ponied up to Crossroads again, cutting a $500,000 check to the super PAC. Bergman gives mostly to Republicans. But he casts himself as an “independent,” and he’s contributed to Illinois Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn and his predecessor, Rod Blagojevich, in the past.

SABAN: Billionaire Univision owner Haim Saban has already pledged his “full might” to Hillary Clinton if she runs for president in 2016, but he’s keeping busy in the meantime. Saban gave $250,000 to Senate Majority PAC in July.

SCHMIDT: Another $250,000 donation came to Senate Majority PAC via Google Chairman Eric Schmidt. Unlike most of the donors on this list, Schmidt eschewed super PACs in 2012, but this is his second major contribution of 2014. Back in June, Schmidt gave $100,000 to the super PAC formed to support Democratic Sen. Mark Warner’s reelection in Virginia this year.

ANGELOS: Other Democratic donors may have given more money than the $100,000 Senate Majority PAC got from the Law Offices of Peter Angelos. But few other donors have jobs as cool. When he’s not financing Democratic super PACs, Angelos can be found bankrolling free agent signings as the owner of the Baltimore Orioles.

OTHER PACS: Some of the biggest donations made in July went from one PAC to another. In addition to the donations Steyer’s group made, Senate Majority PAC also contributed $350,000 to the League of Conservation Voters super PAC last month. And two of the biggest donations to House Majority PAC came from the Blue Dog PAC and the New Democrat Coalition PAC, two groups representing moderate or conservative House Democrats. They combined to give $350,000 to House Majority PAC.”

Does George Soros Know Something We Don’t About The S&P 500?

” Oh, goody. It’s 13F time, when mere mortals like us get to see how the big boys rolled the dice in the last quarter.

Among the highlights, Soros Fund Management increased a bear-call bet on the S&P 500 in a huge way. The fund lifted a put position — a bet the market will go lower — on the S&P 500 ETF SPY +0.29% to its biggest size yet, in terms of value and portfolio percentage, making a 605% leap over the previous quarter.

Bullion Baron, who has long kept a beady eye on Soros’s SPY moves, has summed up the latest dealings. He speculated that this could be  a hedge — or Soros is really worried about something. One possible something is China, which the hedge-fund titan referred to as a global uncertainty earlier in the year, notes the Baron.

Soros also lifted positions in Apple and Facebook, so it seems he can’t be all that gloomy. As for that China unease, WSJ’s MoneyBeat reports that China bears are entrenched and see stocks headed for a big fall. One strategist says it’s not good to see that stocks there have been rallying on both good and bad economic news.

“ In [a] market frenzy, it is difficult to keep a cool head. But if things don’t add up, it will eventually fall apart,” Hao Hong, Bank of Communications international strategist, tells MoneyBeat.

Now the only problem here, says the Baron, is that if things go pear-shaped in China, that’s not great news for equity markets anywhere, especially those at overvalued levels.”

Irony: George Soros-Funded Media Matters Fights Unionization

” George Soros-funded Media Matters for America , a far-left progressive group that has as one of their top priorities to attack FOX News, is taking a very unprogressive-like stance on labor unions. While MMFA has in the past taken a strong stance against secret ballot union elections, especially if it involved an opportunity to attack the GOP and conservatives, when it comes to their organization, they are not only in support of the secret ballot; they are forcing it.

The Washington Free Beacon  reported that Maryland based SEIU Local 500 filed papers to unionize at MMFA with the National Labor Relations Board. As workers prepare to vote on whether to join SEIU, George Soros’s Media Matters has told them the voting must take place by secret ballot.

The liberal organization, which is headed by Hillary Clinton cheerleader David Brock, has hired management-side labor attorneys at Perkins Cole, a firm that has represented dozens of Democratic candidates and liberal PACs, to oversee the process.

It is unclear why Media Matters did not opt to allow its employees to organize through a card check campaign, in which a union submits signed petitions from employees expressing their interest to join the union. MMFA, its attorneys, and the SEIU did not return requests for comment. “

George Soros Is Now Betting Big Against The U.S. Stock Market – That Should Tell You Something

” Soros has recently purchased 1.3 billion dollars worth of put options on the S&P 500. Some have tried to down play this as merely hedging, but putting everything on one single position (the decline of the S&P) looks more like a calculated gamble than a conservative hedging strategy.

Of course Soros probably isn’t going to come right out and tell us what he’s up to, but his comments in a recent blog post hinted at the fact that he sees the danger of a repeat of the 2008 crash (though he claims the slowdown in China is the biggest danger).”

Influence Industry

” The latest list of big lobbying spenders contains a surprising name: George Soros.

Well, not the billionaire himself, but the Open Society Policy Center, the Washington-based advocacy affiliate of his Open Society Foundations.

Soros and his generous support of liberal causes, through his philanthropy and his personal political spending, have long been the subject of conservative ire. But, until now, he hasn’t done much on the formal lobbying front, and the group’s huge increase in reported spending — it hit $11 million in 2013, more than triple the $3.25 million it spent the previous year — has drawn remarkably little notice.

The big jump placed the Soros group 27th in a recent year-end lobbying tally by the Center for Responsive Politics — just below defense giant General Dynamics and ahead of corporate powerhouses Dow Chemical, Chevron and Microsoft.”

“Soros Put” Hits Record As Billionaire’s Downside Hedge Rises By 154% In Q4 To $1.3 Billion

” A curious finding emerged in the latest 13F by Soros Fund Management, the family office investment vehicle managing the personal wealth of George Soros.

The second one is that the “Soros put”, a legacy hedge position that the 83-year old has been rolling over every quarter since 2010, just rose to a record $1.3 billion or the notional equivalent of some 7.09 million SPY-equivalent shares. Since this was an increase of 154% Q/Q this has some people concerned that the author of ‘reflexivity’ and the founder of “open societies” may be anticipating some major market downside.”

Walton, Benioff Join Billionaires Backing Clinton In 2016

” Billionaires Alice Walton, George Soros and Marc Benioff are helping to finance a super-political action committee encouraging former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to run for president, according to a report filed yesterday with the Federal Election Commission.

Benioff, the chief executive officer of San Francisco-based Salesforce.com, was a top fundraiser for President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign and hosted the president for a Democratic fundraiser at his residence last November. His wife, Lynne Benioff, also contributed $25,000.

Soros, who’s given millions of dollars to Democratic causes, funded the super-PAC, as did his son Robert Soros, managing partner of Soros Fund Management LLC.

The super-PAC for Clinton, a U.S. senator from New York from 2001 to 2009, received $25,000 each from developer William Rudin, chief executive officer of Rudin Management Co. in New York, and Jon Stryker, a New York architect who gave about $2 million to Priorities USA Action, a super-PAC that helped re-elect Obama and is now converting to a pro-Clinton effort.

The pro-Clinton super-PAC received $25,000 from the Houston law firm of Steve and Amber Mostyn, who gave about $5 million to Democratic groups and candidates in the 2012 election.”

NBC Silent On $7.3 Million From Soros For Special Anchor’s Liberal Report

” Not only did NBC allow their special anchor Maria Shriver to promote her own report on “Nightly News,” they did it without disclosing that it was made in partnership with a group that liberal billionaire George Soros gave $7.3 million to.

In “The Shriver Report: A Woman’s Nation Pushes Back From the Brink,” which was published on Jan. 11, an outspokenly liberal nun, Sister Joan Chittister, took aim at religious attitudes in America that “devalue” and marginalize women.

Shriver was invited to the White House on Jan. 14 to present her report to President Barack Obama, whom she promoted as being “sympathetic” to working mothers. On NBC “Nightly News” that same night, Shriver contrasted a supportive Obama against a Congress that is supposedly dragging its feet on the matter. “While President Obama has pledged to fix the problem, Congress has been slow to respond,” Shriver said.”

” On Friday, George Soros-funded hit group Media Matters for America declared victory over its arch-nemesis Fox News. In a puff piece by Amanda Terkel for the Huffington Post, Media Matters leaked that “in the coming years, Fox will no longer be the center of Media Matters’ universe.” What changed? Nothing, really, considering that Fox News still effectively dominates the ratings, with better numbers than MSNBC and CNN combined. But Media Matters reports that it has “effectively discredited the network’s desire to be seen as ‘fair and balanced.’”

However, polls show that simply isn’t the case. The 2012 Public Policy Polling TV News Trust poll showed that 34 percent of respondents trusted Fox News more than ABC News, CBS News, CNN, MSNBC, Comedy Central, NBC News, and PBS. Even among Democrats, Fox News polled better than MSNBC. The 2013 numbers were similar.”

‘Non-Partisan’ Group Paid $1 Million To Produce Positive Obamacare Stories

” Families USA (FUSA) — an organization that describes itself as a “national nonprofit, non-partisan organization dedicated to the achievement of high-quality, affordable health care for all Americans” — was given a $1.1 million grant by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation on October 4, 2013, to gather “success stories” of Americans dealing with Obamacare and distribute them to the media who often refer to them as an “independent” group. This is part of a greater upcoming effort to bolster the perception of the lowly health care law.

“ The purpose is to bridge the information gap for people who can significantly benefit from the Affordable Care Act,” Ron Pollack, the Co-founder and Executive Director of Families USA, told TIME on October 25, 2013.

However, the organization is a far cry from “non-partisan” and is extremely close to the Obama Administration and Enroll America – the group leading the efforts to sign people up for Obamacare.”

Soros Gave $6.1 Million To Groups Linked To Pressure On IRS To Target Conservative Nonprofits

” Several Soros-funded groups including the Campaign Legal Center, Democracy 21, the Center for Public Integrity, Mother Jones and Alternet have worked to pressure the IRS to target conservative nonprofit groups. The subsequent IRS investigation flagged more than 100 tea party-related applications for higher scrutiny, including applications that included the words “Tea Party” and “patriot.”

The IRS scandal can be traced back to a series of letters that the liberal groups Campaign Legal Center (CLC) and Democracy 21 sent to the IRS back in 2010 and 2011. Both groups were funded by George’s Soros’s Open Society Foundations. The CLC received $677,000 and Democracy 21 got $365,000 from the Soros-backed foundation, according to the Foundation’s 990 tax forms.”

SUNSHINE WEEK: A Look Inside An Obscure Foundation Of Undue Influence

” A powerful group of left-wing activists has leveraged big money, high-level White House access and tax-code loopholes to create a lobbying organization dressed up as an educational nonprofit with the benign name of a household laundry detergent.

The Tides Foundation is a favorite charity of such big-name liberal donors as Teresa Heinz Kerry (ketchup up heiress and wife of Secretary of State John Kerry) and Barbra Streisand. The two have given Tides more than $8.5 million over the years.

And Tides has a lesser-known benefactor: You. From the foundation’s 2009 to 2011 IRS 990 tax returns, the most recent years for which data is available, the government has given Tides some $28 million in grants paid for by American taxpayers.

That grant-making function helps explain Tides’ critical role, not just on the Left but in the White House. It has become a kind of banking operation of the Left.

Indeed, when asked why some of its donors require anonymity, Tides spokesperson Byrne said, “Transparency comes in many forms … The only area where we choose not to disclose information is that of our anonymous donors. In this effort we stand with many longstanding institutions in our field such as RPA, Schwab, Fidelity, etc.”

The analogy is telling: RPA is a marketing firm, of course. Schwab and Fidelity are investment and banking firms.

“The Tides conglomerate is an octopus with hundreds of incubating projects funded by untraceable wealthy foundations,” said Arnold, of Undue Influence. “Now it has promoted itself to a member of the federal government, particularly the White House.” “

Insurer With NY’s ‘Worst’ Record Of Complaints Gets $340M Obamacare Loan

” A health insurance company headed by an old friend from when President Obama was an Illinois state senator got a $340 million federal loan to establish Obamacare co-ops in New York, New Jersey and Oregon despite having a chronic record of consumer and regulatory complaints.

The New York-based Freelancers Insurance Company has been rated the “worst” insurer for two straight years by state regulators, and data compiled by a national insurance association show an extremely high rate of consumer complaints.

The firm was founded in 2008 by Sara Horowitz, who worked with Obama while he was in the Illinois state senate to launch Demos, a left-wing, New York think tank funded in part by George Soros.”

SOROS: 13 NEW GUN LAWS NEEDED NOW

” George Soros’ Center for American Progress (CAP) has published a list of 13 new pieces of legislation they claim we need right now, in the wake of the crime at Sandy Hook Elementary.

As you will see, these proposals–like others from liberals–would not have stopped the shooting from taking place: they would not even have hindered it. But they would make it harder for law abiding citizens to get the guns they need to defend their lives and families.

For example, one of new laws that CAP wants is an end to private gun sales. This would include, of course, an end to those dreaded gun shows.

Question: Did Adam Lanza buy his guns in a private sale? No. He took them illegally and used them illegally. “

Liberal Stealth Groups Paved Obama Win

So we are supposed to believe that the ” Citizens United ” decision poses a looming threat to democracy yet a few billionaires forming and funding a secretive , unaccountable research organization is harmless ?

” Years of stealthy multimillion-dollar efforts paid off for America’s left in the 2008 and 2012 victories by President Barack Obama. Using new voter science to get rare and first-time voters to go to the polls, the races have changed America’s electorate — those who make the country’s decisions by showing up and voting.

Aided by $5 million minimum from George Soros, plus millions more from others, at least two secretive institutions were created to enable this effort by focused research on behavioral science. Their results are made available only to liberals and their causes.

Those are findings from writer Sasha Issenberg. In an interview with me on my “Istook Live!” radio program, Issenberg put a special spotlight on the Analyst Institute (AI), which he has called “a firm quietly founded in 2007 by AFL-CIO officials and liberal allies.” ”

This very ably demonstrates the inherent weakness of the progressive/leftist message . Even with the media monopoly that serves essentially as an unpaid arm of the democratic party and works tirelessly to control the narrative of public debate , our adversaries require  multi-million or perhaps even billion dollar clandestine organizations just to eek out a 51% victory in an election .

” Although not made public, the findings are shared with the other special organization that Issenberg explains was created to apply the research. This is Catalist, headed by longtime Democrat operative Harold Ickes, a former deputy chief of staff in the Bill Clinton White House.

Catalist’s website describes its mission: “To provide progressive organizations with the data and services needed to better identify, understand, and communicate with the people they need to persuade and mobilize.”

Their website, www.catalist.us, identifies 237 clients, including more than 50 Members of Congress, Planned Parenthood, Rock the Vote, the Democratic Governors Association, AFL-CIO, Center for Budget and Policy Priorities, Human Rights Campaign, ACLU, Emily’s List, Sierra Club, Families USA—basically the entire inner circle of the Left.”

The question remains : How do the forces of liberty combat this multi-pronged , 1%er funded assault on the American Dream ? And while we’ve got you thinking , envision a Supreme Court that loses any one of the four and a half Constitutionalist minds that currently occupy the bench .

” AI also makes available to progressive groups what its documents describe as “memos summarizing hundreds of experiments on topics including GOTV [Get Out the Vote],…persuasion, identifying persuadable voters, and preventing long lines on Election Day.”

In 2008, AI reported it had “partnered with dozens of organizations to execute 44 large-scale field experiments. Topics included which voters are ‘persuadable,’ [and] how behavioral science insights can be translated into voter contact tactics.” ”

We here at YouViewed have our doubts as to whether the present GOP both party and leadership are up to the task of engaging this long term strategy to win the hearts and minds of the American voter . Between this obvious far-sightedness , deep pocketed 1%er benefactors , a media monopoly , absolute control of the indoctrination facilities posing as the school system and a potential lock on the Supreme Court and the left’s idea of a ” Living Constitution ” it is nothing if not an absolute certainty that we lovers of liberty are in for the fight of our lives . Our cause is just but if nothing else , history , which our children aren’t learning in school by the way , demonstrates that the rightness of a cause is no guarantee  of victory .

Hypocrisy All Around

” “You know, I don’t look at my pension. It’s not as big as yours, so it — it doesn’t take as long,” Mr. Obama retorted. His reply prompted laughter in the debate hall where the two men were squaring off — but across the way in the separate room where the press was stationed, a brief round of applause broke out.

Mr. Obama has made Mr. Romney’s personal wealth a major issue in the campaign, arguing that he is out of touch with average voters who pay a higher income tax rate even though they earn far less than Mr. Romney, who founded and ran Bain Capital, an investment firm.”

The man has boasted a 782% rate of return the past 4 years . Who can compete with that ? George Soros ?

Whatever happened to the dignity inherent in holding the office of ” President of the United States of America ” ?

We know , you say that this ad was put out by an independent political action committee and it’s content does not ” necessarily ” reflect the views of their candidate , to which we say ” hogwash “. If Obama didn’t approve of this it wouldn’t run . Period .

‘Using Mitt Romney as the bogeyman to scare the daylights out of a little girl and cursing throughout. Yeah, that’s pretty much the liberal mindset. I guess Jackson hasn’t had a decent movie in years so he’s reduced to filming these idiotic ad with the Spawn of Soros. When he and the rest of he Hollywood simpletons pimping themselves for Obama wonder why nobody bothers to go see their movies, maybe some day it’ll dawn on him why.”

” Five Extreme Things the Professor
Won’t Mention in Her DNC Speech”

“Harvard Law School professor and consumer advocate Elizabeth Warren will speak tonight before former President Bill Clinton at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Charlotte. Warren is running for a U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts on a platform calling for between $1 trillion and $3.4 trillion in tax hikes, and an ideology that “there is nobody in this country who got rich
on his own.”

Warren has a number of skeletons in her closet, including close links to
radical left-wing pressure groups and a record of helping corporate interests suppress asbestos liability lawsuits.

“I’ll be talking about working families. That’s mostly what I’ll be talking about,” Warren told a reporter in Charlotte when asked about her upcoming speech.

Here are five things Warren won’t be talking about: “

Facts About Super PACs

Facts the media would prefer you not know .

” This media-driven push against super PACs is something much worse than a partisan campaign to aid Obama’s re-election (though it most certainly is that). Above all, it is the media fighting to limit that most sacred of American rights, unlimited political speech.

The corrupt media wants this terrain all to itself — wants to be the only player in town allowed to use unlimited funds to push a political agenda. And they will do anything to retain this unholy monopoly, up to and including lying and coordinating attacks meant to bully and blackmail private citizens.”

David Horowitz

” Until just a few years ago, Brett Kimberlin was a convicted drug dealer and terrorist doing 51 years in federal prison for planting eight roadside bombs in the town of Speedwell, Indiana. The last of those bombs left a man so severely disfigured that he committed suicide a few years later. An inveterate liar and con artist, Kimerblin managed to gain fame from prison in 1988 by falsely claiming to have sold drugs to then-presidential candidate Dan Quayle.”

While Michelle Malkin is taking part in the Day of Blogging Silence , she herself is not remaining silent . Here is a piece on Kimberlin from today’s National Review .

“In 1978, Kimberlin was sentenced to more than 50 years in federal prison for drug dealing, impersonating a federal officer, and a weeklong bombing spree in Speedway, Ind. The violent crimes left one victim so severely injured that he committed suicide. A civil court awarded the widow of the victim, Carl DeLong, $1.6 million. Kimberlin was released from jail in 2001, but he has yet to pay up.”

How did lawyers and the fear of lawsuits become the driving force in society today ? From the cost of consumer goods , to the fear of opening one’s mouth to sky high medical costs , when you get down to it , lawyers are the culprit . When a convicted terrorist like Brett Kimberlin can manipulate the system to his advantage and persecute the average citizen for speaking the truth you know there is a problem .

“Did the US Congress strip American citizens of their right to state demonstrably true facts without unending harassments? Did we lose that right simply because Brett Kimberlin has decided, as a Congress of One, that we should no longer have it?

If we have not lost that right — if it is still legal to say, in America, that Brett Kimberlin was convicted of planting eight bombs in Speedway, Indiana, one of which took a man’s leg, and then, distraught over his maiming, his life, via suicide — if it is legal to say this, can we have it stated by a US Congressman for the record that it is still legal to say this?”

The Company You Keep …

Stacey McCain leads the way on this story about the left’s campaign to intimidate into silence any and all who oppose them . Their desire to retain the reins of power fosters an association with some strange bedfellows , but then the left has always been comfortable in the company of terrorists , hasn’t it ?

“Federal tax forms filed by convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin’s tax-exempt non-profit Justice Through Music Project (JTMP) show that the 501(c)3 group collected $1.8 million in gifts, grants and other contributions during its first six years of operation. An analysis using database research indicates that more than $300,000 of that sum came in the form of grants from tax-exempt foundations, including the George Soros-connected Tides Foundation, the Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund, the Barbara Streisand Foundation, and the Heinz Family Foundation, connected to Democrat Sen. John Kerry’s wife.

Convicted of multiple federal felonies in connection with a string of 1978 bombings in Indiana, Kimberlin’s activities recently have come under renewed scrutiny due to his attempt to press criminal charges against attorney Aaron Walker, a blogger who says Kimberlin tried to “frame” him as part of a campaign of harassment and intimidation against conservative New Media activists.”
