Walk On By Britain: Two Little Girls Pretend To Be Lost In A Busy Shopping Centre. So How Many People Stop To Help? One.

” One little girl was clutching her favourite toy while her younger sister was sucking her thumb – and both looked utterly lost and forlorn.

In a bygone era, a concerned adult might have stopped to ask them where their mother was. But in a damning indictment of modern Britain, hundreds of busy people simply walked on by.

The girls stood for an hour on a Saturday morning in a busy shopping arcade looking for ‘help’, as part of a social experiment for television.

Hidden cameras recorded Uma, seven, and Maya, five, who took it in turns to look lost.

Astonishingly, over the whole hour only one person, a grandmother, took a moment to find out if there was a problem. All of the 616 other passers-by completely ignored the girls.

Heartbreakingly for the mother of the sisters – who was watching from a hiding place nearby – passing couples even split apart to walk around either side of the ‘lost’ girls and people wheeling suitcases took evasive action to avoid Maya and Uma, not thinking to check if they needed help.”

6 Daring Train Robberies

The Stories Of Some Famous Train Robberies As Told By The History Channel

” Almost as long as there have been trains, there have been train robberies. These dramatic stickups have become the stuff of legend thanks to dime novels and Hollywood westerns, but they also account some of the most fascinating—and lucrative—true crimes ever committed. From high profile capers by the likes of Jesse James and Butch Cassidy to a raid by a gang of Indian political dissidents, find out more about six of history’s most audacious rail heists.”

5. The Rondout Train Robbery
” The biggest rail heist in American history was the work of the “Newton Boys,” a band of four Texas brothers who robbed at least 60 banks and six trains during their lucrative criminal careers. The caper came on the night of June 12, 1924. Working on a tip from a crooked postal inspector, two of the Newton brothers boarded a mail train on the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad. After pulling guns on the engineer, the men forced the train to stop near Rondout, Illinois, where the rest of the gang waited with a small fleet of cars.

The thieves then threw bottles of noxious formaldehyde into the windows of the passenger cars, leaving the train’s 17 armed mail clerks gasping for air. When the guards surrendered, the bandits made off with several mail sacks containing a staggering $3 million in cash and bonds. The gang escaped in their cars, but in the confusion of the robbery an accomplice accidentally shot one of the Newton brothers several times. The thieves were later arrested after they tried to get medical assistance in Chicago.”

” The U.N. has financed the operations of the ‘United States Government for over 50 years and now ‘owns every man, woman, and child in America. The U.N. also holds all of the land of America in Fee Simple.

Why is the above so difficult for most people to understand? Simple: words like ‘perso n, ‘citizen, ‘people, ‘or, ‘nation, ‘is, ‘fact, ‘authority, ‘truth, ‘nation, ‘crime, ‘fraud, ‘charge, ‘right, ‘statute, ‘preferred, ‘assume, ‘prefer, ‘constitutor, ‘creditor, ‘debtor, ‘debit, ‘discharge, ‘payment, ‘law, ‘United States, and hundreds of others do NOT mean what you think they mean and you were never taught the ‘Legal Definitions so you would ‘Understand that you DON’T understand.

Don’t let this information alarm you because without it you cannot be free.

You have to understand that all slavery and freedom originates in the mind.

When your mind allows you to accept and understand that the United States, Great Brittan and the Vatican are Corporations which are nothing but fictional entities which have been placed in your mind, you will understand our slavery is because we believe in fictions. The Heavily-Guarded Luxembourg Factory At Centre Of The Horse Meat Lasagne Scandal

Security: The Tavola plant in Luxembourg where Camigel produces around 16,000 tonnes of frozen ready meals every year

” This is the French-owned factory which produced the Findus horse meat lasagnes being sold in UK supermarkets.

Frozen food giant Comigel produces 16,000 tonnes of ready meals in aluminium trays a year at its huge Tavola plant in Capellen, Luxembourg.

Security is said to be extremely tight with high-barbed wire fences surrounding the factory and guards preventing any non-approved visitors from entering.”

“Universal Background Checks” Could Unjustly Deny Millions Of People The Right To Armed Self-Defense

” Second Amendment supporters historically have opposed gun registration, fearing that it could ultimately lead to confiscation, something that has actually happened in places such as Canada, Great Britain, Australia, California, and New York City. While wholesale disarmament would be clearly unconstitutional in this country, confiscation of guns that legislators arbitrarily deem unnecessary or excessively dangerous is easier to imagine, especially given Obama’s support for a new, stricter ban on “assault weapons.”

Perhaps fear of confiscation seems paranoid to you. But consider what would happen if the federal government merely enforced existing law through expanded background checks and improved records—another step nearly everyone seems to think is self-evidently sensible. Such a crackdown would reveal the folly of current restrictions, which prohibit gun ownership by several absurdly broad categories of people under the threat of a five-year prison term.

One disqualifier is a felony record, whether or not the offense involved violence or even a victim. It is doubtful that check kiters, marijuana growers, or unauthorized farm workers (another banned category) are substantially more likely to go on a shooting rampage than the average person.

Federal law also bars “an unlawful user of…any controlled substance” from owning a gun. Think about that for a minute. If you smoke pot or use a relative’s Vicodin or Xanax, you have no right to keep and bear arms. Survey data indicate that nearly 40 million Americans have used “illicit drugs” in the last year, and the true number is probably higher, since people may be reluctant to admit illegal behavior even when their answers are confidential. “

“Good riddance to the London Olympics”

” If there were a gold medal for vulgarity and kitsch, the closing ceremony of the London Olympics would have won it hands down. And if proof were required that modern British culture is cheap, tawdry, and relentlessly ideologically demotic and frivolous, the ceremony certainly provided it. At least it had the merit, in its flashy
and garish worthlessness, of being truly representative of the nation in which it took place, of its dreams and aspirations if not its everyday reality. Observing it for as long as was bearable, one could not help but think of the title of the late Neil Postman’s most famous book, Amusing Ourselves to Death.”
