” Charles and David Koch will use their political action committee to unleash at least $125 million on a grass-roots, broadcasting, and data operations for conservative candidates in the 2014 midterm elections, and have outlined a longer-term battle vision.

The expenditure by the conservative billionaire brothers’ Americans for Prosperity will be aimed at boosting free market candidates while hammering Democrats, and the vast expenditure will alone exceed the combined total spending of all of the official party organizations in the 2012 elections, Politico reported.

The funds are expected to transform the organization’s already sprawling field operation and deploy a new “closed-loop data system in which volunteer and membership information is automatically updated” for access by phone bank workers and canvassers going door-to-door with the latest technology, such as tablets.

Beyond the 2014 elections, the move is designed to jump-start a longer-term operation to expand the influence of conservatives into new states and broaden the movement’s base of support to include millennials, Hispanics, and low-income voters, an aim the Republican Party has been vexed about achieving as a condition of its survival.

The group has already spent more than $35 million on ads attacking vulnerable Democrats in key Senate and House Races, including those of Sens. Kay Hagan of North Carolina, Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, and Mark Pryor of Arkansas.”

Enroll America is a Sebelius-linked group dedicated to signing people up for Obamacare, conspiring to release private data to help a political action committee.

Sebelius’ relationship with Enroll America is under investigation by a government ethics audit and Cause of Action has questioned Enroll America’s tax-exempt status, asking the attorney general of Texas to further investigate this matter.

This is the third video in an investigative series into Obamacare fraud. The first two videos exposed Obamacare navigators counseling applicants to lie and cheat the health care system by erroneously reporting income status and health history.

The full, raw video plays immediately following the exposé.”

God bless James O’Keefe and his team at Veritas Visuals . He continues to go the extra mile in helping make up for the loss of Andrew Breitbart and his brand of unbiased investigative journalism . All who claim to desire truth and honesty in government owe James and his organization a huge debt of gratitude .

FULL COVERAGE: 2 Million Bikers Rally To Washington , DC 9-11 TRIBUTE 2013

Published on Sep 11, 2013

” Millions of bikers from around the country roared into the D.C. area on Wednesday in a show of support for Sept. 11 victims and in solidarity against a controversial Muslim rally on the Mall.

The 2 Million Bikers to DC ride might have fallen short of 2 million strong, but the numbers were impressive. A line of shining chrome and steel bikes stretched about a third of a mile from the starting point at the Harley Davidson of Washington store just outside the District in Prince George’s County.
The bikers began departing from the store at about 10:30 in staggered groups of 50, stopped for traffic lights and taking an hour or so to get on the road.

The ride was complicated by the fact that federal and local authorities denied a permit that would have offered the riders a police escort through traffic — a sore spot with organizers who thought the denial was for political purposes.

“We’re here for 9-11,” said national ride coordinator Belinda Bee. “We are going to have a peaceful ride. … But there are people who are sick and tired of their rights and liberties being taken away.”

The National Park Service has denied any political motivation for refusing the permit, which ride organizers sought last month. The Park Service earlier this year granted a permit to a Muslim group planning a rally Wednesday to call attention to social justice issues.

The American Muslim Political Action Committee has scheduled a rally to draw attention to what they call unfair fear of Muslims after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.”

Lax State Rules Provide Cover For Sponsors Of Attack Ads

” While much criticism has been lobbed at the federal system for failing to adequately identify who is spending money to influence campaigns, 35 states have independent spending disclosure laws that are less stringent than federal election law.

In fact, in 30 states it’s impossible to total how much money outside groups are spending on campaigns, information that is mostly available when it comes to federal contests.

That’s according to a new 50-state analysis by the National Institute on Money in State Politics, which graded the states on disclosure requirements for super PACs, nonprofits and other outside spending groups.”

Report Card

” The National Institute on Money In State Politics graded each state by the strength of their independent spending disclosure laws through April 2013. It looked at:

  • Does the state require reporting of independent expenditures, political spending that urges voters to support or oppose a candidate but is not coordinated with the campaign?
  • Does the state require reporting of the target, the identity of the candidate who is the subject of the independent spending?
  • Does the state require reporting of position, whether the spending supports or opposes the target
  • How does the state monitor “electioneering communications” — advertising that airs close to an election that names a candidate but does not urge viewers to vote for or against the candidate?”
