Republican Women Question Race-Based Standards for Alabama’s Schools

” According to this article by Jamon Smith, “Beginning this fall, Alabama public schools will be under a new state-created academic accountability system that sets different goals for students in math and reading based on their race, economic status, ability to speak English and disabilities.” Alabama’s Plan 2020 “sets a different standard for students in each of several subgroups — American Indian, Asian/Pacific islander, black, English language learners, Hispanic, multirace, poverty, special education and white.”

The “Balkanization” of America picks up steam …

This is the kind of multi-culti nonsense one would expect from the Blue State do-gooders in San Francisco or Chicago , but from reddest of red Alabama ?

” The “race-based” standards are part of Common Core, adopted by the state board of education in November 2010.”

Somewhere George Wallace is smiling . Racism is alive and well in government policies , not in society as a whole .

GRAPHIC VIDEO: Black Violence v. White Skyrockets; Media Dead Silent

” As pundits pondered whether calling George Zimmerman a “white a** cracker” was a racial epithet, black mob violence in other parts of the country proceeded apace last week, almost unnoticed.

In Niagara Falls, a black mob of 20 attacked a mother and her family on a picnic. They hurled racial slurs and told them they did not like their “Puerto Rican (expletive) music.”

Just a few hours earlier a few hundred miles away in Pittsburgh, a mob of black people “savagely beat” a white teenager, then stole his shoes. All on video. All the while screaming “World Star. World Star, ” apparently a reference to popular hip hop website that often features videos of black-mob violence.”

Unmarried Motherhood (and Fatherhood) Stats – WTF! Edition

” The Washington Post had this today:

Overall, 36 percent of all births in the United States were to unmarried mothers in 2011, the year that the census analyzed from answers provided in the American Community Survey…

The census also found that Asian mothers were the least likely to be unmarried, with just 11 percent of new Asian mothers being single. White single mothers also were below the national average, at 29 percent. Among Hispanics, 43 percent of all new mothers were unmarried, as were 68 percent of all African American women who had recently given birth.

The Census Bureau attributed the long-term increase in single mothers in large part to changing norms for sexual behavior and a decrease in marriage rates.

You know that old thing where fathers used to help raise the children they made? So retro! (Unless you’re Asian.)”
